Carry on with your story no matter what. You have the right to have your own voice and if they don't like it, then it's their problem. Don't let them get you :)

Wow, this site works weirdly. I think your writing was absolutely sensational. I can't believe people would be so low as to hide behind anonymous ratings. From me, you got a 10. I honestly can not wait to read where this story goes. You have me hooked.

I can honestly say I have no respect for people who rate stories poorly without telling the authors why. Not only is it unethical, but also childish. If you don't like this story, don't read it. It's as simple as that.
