I think you should continue with your story and/or possibly start a new one if you are not satisfied. Practice makes perfect! Don't give up on it!
You're good enough for whatever you want to do that makes you happy, and I know it seems like you aren't, but trust me there will come a day when you;ll be content with yourself.
