I know exactly what you mean. He's letting his past hold him back from being the person he can be. Not being with Iris not only hurts her, but hurts him. He's too damn prideful to see that. What he did was in the past and Iris' feelings for him didn't change after he told her. Someone needs to talk some sense into him.

@Lady_A Exactly! She has to make him change his opinion about himself. He is literally living IN the bad memories of his past and doesn't seem to ever let them go and free himself out of this "criminal cage" he's stuck in. It's all up to Iris to make him understand how much he had helped her when she needed him the most. He shouldn't let her go after all both of them have been through. Together. :) damn it's too long. Can't seem to stop myself

I so agree with you. Harry does think too low of himself. Iris has to make him see what a good person he is.

Damn... it is 5am and I am crying like a little baby. They need each other. If Harry's not good for her, then nobody will EVER be good for her. Harry was there for Iris in some of the toughest times of her life. He helped her a lot and all of it just to give up. He's thinking so damn low of himself it hurts.

Awe he's so adorable taking care of her:) they need to get back together :(

Beautiful chapter. It made me cry actually. While I understand Harry's fears about hurting Iris, I wish there was a way for him to get past it and still be with her. They obviously love each other. I'm hoping like mad that they get back together.
