I think she's gonna say no, cause she doesn't like crowds and she doesn't want to be in oublic cause of Harry's fame, so he's gonna organise a really romantic evening for them, like a picnic in the woods or in his back yard, or a dinner at his (really their) place, or something really romantic like that!!! :)
