Answer: She just got a flashback, so if she's going to keep getting pieces of her mind back, then slowly she'll regain her memory...But for now I reckon she's going to believe Niall and Harry..not sure about what that punked lil dude ish gun' do.

I think that she'll believe Niall until Harry tells her that he's her boyfriend. Then they will kiss and memories will like appear when they kiss.
