1. laugh at his jokes (good or bad)
2. does he have a girlfriend? No, then if you can, spend a lot of time around him for about...a month. Ttthhheeennn if you can, get up the nerve and say, "I need to tell you something", lean in and kiss his CHEEK!
3. CHEEK! okay, CHEEK! And ask if he feels the same, if so, then smile, and say, "text me." and walk away.
4. If he texts you, you both talk about it and TA DA! you can kiss him then! on the LIPS!
