we don't know. Some girl said Niall told her that they were, but then a guy on ig had a pic with barbara saying that he stole her from Niall and stated that they're just friends and that she gets so much hate, and that he feels bad for her. THEN theres another guy who said when they went golfing they were snogging and kissing ,and acting like a couple so who knows. It's not confirmed, i wouldn't dwell on it too much. x
