Last plea from a plagiarised author

This story Tears of the Broken is in violation of copyright laws. They have not stated that the rights belong to me, AM Hudson, and are claiming it as their own work. Legal action is about to be taken (72 hours notice was given but they have not complied). I'm pleading with you all, if you know the story host, get them to contact me immediately.

The story has been stolen from a book published in 2011. LINK

Fanfiction is fun and legal, but only when you state very clearly that you did not come up with the idea or own the rights, and you must also change the story. You cannot copy and paste word for word. Though they have taken some out, changed one name and written it into the system poorly edited, it still infringes on copyright. I am hopeful that they may just not realise what they've done but this is why I would rather they contacted me BEFORE legal proceedings begin.

Your best bet might be getting in contact with the websites Admin. I don't think there's much other members can do for you unfortunately and I don't think anyone wants their stories going down. :(

There's no way to contact the admin. I've recently discovered that the guy who owns the domain name lives in Croatia. So I was hoping that the person who posted my story as their own might just pop back on here and do the right thing. Much easier for everyone concerned. ;)
