Wattpad sucks

I'm about three steps away from smacking Wattpad right in the jacksy

Is anyone here a Wattpad user? Is something wrong - Is it down?

Any feedback would be GREATLY taken. Because I was writing something there and I'm scared it may be lost

I've had a problem all day getting the stories I want to read to load. There might be a problem. What exactly happened?

I couldn't scroll or get on my notification page. It's been fixed now though, I was going to do some self-promo and throw my Gaston fic out, but I've already done it

It's now working for me. I went a bit postal and went mad. I restarted my laptop until it was alright again

Yay! And yeah I kind of detest wattpad most of the time. I'm seriously considering whether I'm going to get back on the site

Yeah Wattpad is really hard to deal with sometimes but it's like the only place where I can find the other things I really like (only not really because no one else understands the beauty of my future husband!). Oh I had moment there. But it's one of the only "all inclusive" sites. It's a site that you hate but have to have. :(

I just feel like Wattpad is more about networking than actual good writing. I've read stories where I'm literally the third view that are phenomenal and should be published and I've read stories that are winning a ton of awards that look like they're written by someone who has no concept of grammar so I just have a hard time finding great stories on wattpad.

My issue as well. I can never find any stories that are truly worth reading. It's all incorrect grammar and poor structure (most of the time) or the tags are not at all related to what I want. :(

That's what bugs me too. I have my stories on there (or maybe just one, idk) and it has maybe 10 views. Then I look at others that are the most popular, too rated shit and it's just that - SHIT. I guess if you're not writing Harry Styles as an abusive, misogynistic slut, no one cares!

A.FREAKING.MEN. I mean I like Dark!Harry stories. But it's the same thing over and over, my favourite story is one called Baby Doll. And It was BRILLIANT, but then I started reading more and I was like "They're all the damn same" No one ever thinks about the other boys, it's all "Harry, Harry, Harry"

I mean, I'm guilty of writing just Harry, because he's my favourite, but I'm also a sap and I would rather write cute fluffy love scenes (that I can put myself into) than stories about basically being raped by Harry. And it's not just the content - is spellcheck just like not a thing anymore? They are awful in every way, shape and form and I'm jealous because I want more reads! :p
