What Is With Daddy Kinks?

Like 100% of the "daddy kink" stories are incredibly vanilla. They're boring. And maybe I'm blind but daddy kink means father daughter role play which I never see in these stories. Theyre about as kinky as Twilights accuracy with depicting vampires.

I just find daddy kinks anymore to be like spin offs of 50 Shades Of Grey. They're tiring. I mean, your idea actually sounds interesting. I find it to be very creepy to be in a relationship where you're portrayed as the daughter and your boyfriend is supposed to be like a father to you in a sexual way. That is way overboard. I don't know, just my perspective.

People write kink because they're obsessed with the trash that is 50 Shades. If you showed them legit kink, they'd get freaked out. It's way darker but much more romanticized. And Daddy kink is just weird O.o what kind of weird relationship do you have with your dad that you want your boyfriend to be your new daddy? Lol I wonder about those people.
But thank you :D it was going to be exceptionally dark and more than just blind folds and gags but I haven't found the time yet.

I like what you have going. The whole dark vibe sounds very interesting. I'd read it for sure. But people overhype 50 Shades too much. I totally agree with you.

My ex roommate wanted to be a sexologist for a while so she read it to make herself sound dirty and edgy. So my friend and I started doing lunch time read alouds our senior year to piss her off. We geeked through the whole thing XD OmiGod it's bad

Yeah because I wanna hear the whole flipping story over from another characters POV. While we're at it, let's redo T-Fios from Augustus's perspective! And the Notebook from a neighbors perspective!

I don't understand it. Yes as Godot has said it's all Vanilla but I honestly believe it's because the theme is just a hype at the moment. I mean if I read a story about BDSM id be surprised, but the whole daddy kink is not only awkward but freaks me out.

I agree with you 100% Like that author is full of herself. The books aren't even good. It's twilight with more sexual content and without vampires, I swear. And she even admitted that she first wrote 50 Shades as a twilight fanfiction but when publishers gave her a deal, she changed things around, like the characters and that was it really lol. XD

Agreed. The topic is very overhyped and freaky. Some of the titles crack me up! Like, 'Daddy's Good Girl,' or 'Yes, Daddy'. Something stupid like that.

It really is just the hype. When one thing works for one person, everyone follows. When I was first on piercetheveilfanfiction it was nothing but Kellic (Kellin Quinn Vic Fuentes ship) and over on the blackveilbrides it was vampires and then gangs on motionlessinwhite.

Okay, so I just have to put this out here. What is with daddy kinks? I mean, people, they're bland now, boring and consist of the same sexual events. I don't just see them on here, but on other writing websites. I truly don't see what is so exciting and original about them. Matter of fact, they aren't original at all. I'm just waiting for the day when people open their eyes and begin to write a master piece that has never been done that's so different and original. Though, so far that hasn't happened. I just had to address this. Let's get creative, people. Come on.
