Girl problems

Hey I have quite a few problems and I thought about sharing them here since most are girls :) some are body problems and some emotional problems . Please help there eating me alive .

1. It's been about 2 months and I don't get periods .
I dunno why ! I'm still a virgin so I ain't prego . I haven't talked about it but its embarrassing . What is it ????

2. My birthday is coming up in September ( Better say happy bday , bitch or else ) and I wanna be thinner .
Some people know (@kay_baby) that I once tried to end it . By 'it I mean life . I like biking and have recently heard of a fruit acia . Does it work ????

3. Im being accused of stuff and I get really angry .
So I get angry so much it literally takes over about 70% of my life . How can release it without just crying of pure anger ????

I think I might be able to help with some of these :)

1. First of all this is totally normal. It can equate to a lot of things (body not being fully mature and stuff) but the other case might be that you've taken up biking. I've had doctors explain it to me before (I'm a swimmer) lots of physical exercises messes up the cycle.

2. If you want to get thinner I suggest lots of exercise and a balanced diet. I don't know if those fruit things work but one of my friends is a health food junkie and she swears by them. (Warning though if you try the exercise thing don't trust the scale muscle ways more then fat for some people (I know it happens to me) they physically look thinner but weigh more just cause of muscle)

3. Um try journaling maybe. Write down everything that you would say to someone if you trusted them enough to tell them. Even if is stuff that you really aren't comfortable writing down and then if you want to make sure no one reads it you could always burn it (or fine a safer way of disposal) or you could keep in and look back on it in a couple of years and see how it all worked itself out (don't laugh it had happened to me :P)

1. When did you start your period? Sometimes, the first few years can be unsteady. Mine wasn't but my sister is 14 and started at 12. She's only had her period six times since then. Also, once you reach 15, you're supposed to get a Pap smear every three months. Go meet with a gyno- it's not as awkward as it sounds, I swear- and see what's going on.

2. Try dancing. I do 200 sit ups in ten different positions every other day (dance wArm ups) and it helps. Also, try eating healthier. My mom is heavy on cooking and she's been trying all these foods from the network and they're healthy but delicious. How much are you trying to lose? Try school sports and stuff and limit yourself on the amount of snack you eat- easier said than done.

3. I have been told by a lot of my family that I have anger issues. Sometimes it's not good to choke it down, but in this situation, it is. If you ever need to vent, you can come to me or even do what I did. Make a journal. Write down what you feel in any way you know how, imagine being somewhere else, even go take a nap after you cool down. It helps. If not, take a kickboxing class. I really want to.

4. I'm glad you didn't end your life. I love you like a sister and we're Directioner family now. Were all here for you. I'm always here to talk. Be brave and hang in there, our time is coming. PS, what day is you birthday on?

And, don't worry about your weight. I know you've probably heard it before, your beautiful, amazing, you don't have to be a supermodel to be pretty. Yeah yeah. We've heard it before.
But, if age is just a number, isn't weight just a number too?
  1. And, getting framed for stuff you never do? Same thing happens to me. ALL THE TIME.Crying over anger? Almost every night. Cure? Think of what you accomplished. Like really think. Don't write if off. It helps.

Super late on a response but when I first started my period, I remember not getting it for an entire year and then boom it showed up. My period was on and off, and it freaked me out, but considering you are a virgin you don't have to worry about being pregnant ! I would suggest going to your GYN. (Gynecologist ) just to make sure everything is alright. Btw how old are you ? If you're young you might not need to go to the gyno, but if you're a bit older and have been getting regular period up until no than I would check up with your doc.

When dieting, I am like guru of it haha. Now one, you have to be comfortable with your weight. I am, and I'm quite heavy. I'm about 198 but i don't really show it. I know girls who are a bit bigger than I am who are like 5-10 pounds lighter than me. BUT thats not my point. You have to understand that regardless of what weight you may be you have to be comfortable with it. Once you're comfortable with it, you'll understand you're flaws. (Your binge foods, target areas.) I don't suggest going on a huge diet but rather a small one. In the morning have a healthy but light breakfast. Like honey bunches of oats ! Great nutrition in a yummy bowl. Try drinking some silk milk to gain the nutrients you need too. Now Lunch time. Eating something hearty, and big as it is your biggest meal of the day. Some protein (like steak, eggs, chicken) are really good during the afternoon, and a bit of carbs (like rice, pasta.) are great on the side. Prepare yourself a nice and not too fattening meal for lunch with a side of your favorite veggies, and or fruits. ! Now after lunch maybe two or three hours later you can have a snack which could be really anything. (An apple, some cheese and crackers, a medium sized bag of chips) something you can enjoy. And alas dinner. Dinner should be small and not big because remember you aren't working off the calories. You sleep not long after you eat. So i would suggest making smaller portions. (Chicken and pasta, chicken and veggies, some fish (if ya like fish) steak, pork, meatloaf) whatever. Just make your portions smaller. Now don't go and starve yourself ! But learn to eat less calories and more foods that are nutritious for you. When you eat an apple or a pear or whatever fruit ! cut it into smaller pieces so rather than 6- 8 slices make it like 18-25 slices. And also when eating your meals, try putting them on smaller plates. When you put foods on smaller plates your mind thinks that you're eating a lot more than it seems. And lastly just excursive a bit. Some jogging, jumping jacks. Or workout videos once a day is great ! AND i must not forget drinks loads of water, and tea ! Tea helps boost your metabolism, and tastes yummy. haha.


Now lastly with anger, and accusations. Whenever someone yells at you and you know you're going to get angry or (burst) Count to either three or ten. In your head before you burst or scream count to three. And it will help you. I say things on impulse and when i do count to three sometimes the things I want to say aren't really relevant after I have counted and cooled down. I hope my opinions help you !

Haha I checked it doesn't say anything. Um yes biking can change your menstrual. You are more active, and people who are active don't normally have heavy periods and sometimes can skip for months at a time.

I WILL get you a present lol and also, the fact of your period being uncommon, I wouldn't worry too much about. Most girls would love to have uncommon menstruals. Though it's unpredictable, it's a lighter burden to bear BUT have you started dieting? I was wondering how that's going. I'm going on a diet too but I need to take in more calories. I'm trying to gain weight and stuff because I'm so small but I just want bigger legs and wider hips. It's said that certain food and exercises can help with that so I'm trying that out lol we can be diet buddies :) Lmao
