I just don't feel that the Australia/Chile game was world class football.
and although I totally understand what you mean about bring tired, they are professional sporting athletes - endurance shouldn't be an issue unless the conditions are vastly different from what they're use to.

in saying this though, i cant wsit to see the Netherlands vs Chile game.

I am German, so my national team all the way ^^ but I am an even bigger Bayern supporter, so I tend to cheer for the teams where at least one Bayern player plays (but not Brasil, even though Dante is amazing).

well both countries are not as invested in the game as most european countries. Yes, they are all athletes but certain teams will always have the advantage of being better trained, yk.

Completely agree. My friend and I were arguing this point the other day; in a place like Australia there are so many other nationalised sports that get a preference over football unlike in Europe from what my family over there tells me, who basically are born and breathe the sport from day one.

Never the less though, there are some extremely interesting games coming up.
