Alert Fails and Other Random Website Faults

So lately I've noticed I haven't been getting alerts through what so ever and that my view counts on stories haven't been increasing. Is anyone else experiencing any kind of similar (or even different) problems?

I figure that if we all collectively post them (even if some are repeats of what others have posted) admin might see this and fix things :)

You haven't been getting alerts? Mine won't stop saying one alert even though I don't have any alerts. It's quite annoying...

When I try to edit a story the website freezes on me. It makes me unhappy ;(

Ugh! I had that problem and then it disappeared and this new one developed. It was like; 'Oh I should update my story.. WTF? Someone commented and now thinks I'm a bitch for not reply for like a week'. Grrrrr - the continuity of this website absolutely infuriates me.

What browser are you using? I've noticed that seems to happen to see if I use Firefox or Chrome. Safari doesn't seem to have the issue.

I have the same problem with alerts. It won't tell me when some of the stories I am subscribed to are updated, it also won't always tell me when someone comments on my stories. It's really frustrating.

Mmm sameeee...stories i'm subscribed to (i don't get the update alert) comments, anything really. I feel like its one big glitch the the mods need to fix. and i have that false alarm notification but theres nothing actually there

I've only just recently noticed the story subscriptions alerts not working. Still annoyed that I didn't get the alerts for this. What the hell is going on? Seriously?

Try logging out and logging back in again. I know that helps some people reset their accounts.

Yeah, that's what's been happening with me too.

Some of the email updates have been activated up again! So i guess they've heard our complaints! haha

Yea, i get messages, and old comments, like it's starting to get better. I guess. but not much of a difference. Just some notifications here and there

Mine does the same exact thing it says that i have 2 alerts even though i have none.

Yuep, i have two, too. Never changed, i got quite used to it now.
