"what was that?" i hissed under my breath. "that's how we always are... i dont think about it like that. we just always do that." she said feeling bad. "well im your boyfriend!" i said with hurt in my voice. "its not like i'm the cheater here!" she said angrily. she pulled out of my grip and walked back to david.
liam's pov
i saw harry and nicole arguing. i felt bad for harry and i felt worse when i saw nicole walk into the arms of a different guy. "zayn!" i yelled across the pool. zayn walked over and the crowed went back to swimming. "what's up with nicole?" i asked. "not sure if i can tell you, mate. she's really upset though." zayn said. "doesn't look like it." i said watching her laughing with that guy. "she's a woman. they deal with sadness differently." he said. "whatever you say." i said.
nicole's pov
david was making me laugh so hard! he kept cracking jokes like old times. i almost forgot about harry. i missed having a guy like david around i realized. suddenly he whispered jn my ear, "i miss you." i smiled and whispered back. "i miss you too." then kissed me on the lips. i pushed him off . "wtf!" i yelled. "what?" he asked smirking. "god david!" i said and walked away. there was a playground so i walked over to it and sat down on the swings. i finally broke down and cried. my life was perfect and now it's all fucked up. i heard some one coming so i wiped my tears and acted like i was okay. it was maddie.
maddie's pov
"what's wrong?" i said. "it's a long story." she said. "i've got time." i said laughing. "well i don't!" she said also laughing. "god i've missed saying that!" i said. "haven't said that in a while!" we both said still laughing. "but seriously whats up with u and harry? u and him seemed pretty upset." i said. "i really don't want to talk about it. it's still a fresh wound." she said. i hugged her and walked away. she always tells me everything! this must be serious. i thought.
zayn's pov
"harry." i said. "nicole's really upset." "she's upset?!" harry said fuming. "she's practically cheating on me! have you seen her and that david guy?!" harry said a tear falling down his face. "yes i have. she's just trying to cheer herself up, mate. she thinks you're cheating on her." i said putting my hand on his shoulder. "i know why she thinks that." harry said putting his head in his hands. "ARE you cheating on her?" i asked. "NO WAY! i have perfection, why would i want to loose it?" as harry said this he started crying really hard. "let's find someplace private." i said. i led him towards a playground. there we saw nicole bawling her eyes out.
harry's pov
i saw nicole through my tears. she was crying too. "we can make this right." zayn said leading me towards nicole. when she noticed us she wiped her eyes and smiled the fakest smile i've ever seen. "oh. hey guys." she said her voice shaking. "ok nicole we need to work this out." zayn said. she nodded holding back more tears. "ok nicole tell me your side of the story." zayn said.
nicole's pov
"well." i started wiping a tear from my face " the other night i woke up and harry was on the phone. i didn't hear alot of the conversation but what i did hear was 'i love you babe' and then he hung up. i was devastated a-and i guess david was my way to be happy again." By this time i had a steady stream of tears flowing down my face. "harry." zayn said nodding.
harry's pov
"im so sorry you thought that." i said grabbing her hand. "but that's not how it happened. my ex ,gwen, called and we were arguing. she said 'i know you love me babe!' and i said 'i do not love you babe' and you heard 'i love you babe'." i said watching guilt, sadness, love, and happiness cross her face all at once. i hugged her and she hugged me back. "next time" i whispered in her ear "ask me about it ok. i thought u hated me." "im sorry i caused all this" she whispered back. i kissed her cheek and pulled away. "i love you." i said. "i love you too." she said smiling. i looked around and zayn was gone. we hadn't even noticed.
zayn's pov
i couldn't stand to see her in his arms. i had no clue why. she's like my freaking sister. why was i feeling like i wanted to kill harry? did i ... like her...?? no, no of course not! ... i think
liam's pov
"niall, maddie, lou, zayn. we gotta go! some one find nicole and harry!" i yelled. "i got it." zayn said. i watched him walk away. he was clueless to his own feelings.

i walked to the playground and saw then making out. i cleared my throat and they broke apart. "hey." nicole said standing up and harry did the same. "it's time to go." i said through clenched teeth. "lighten up." nicole said pecking my cheek. "yeah, yeah." i said. l wrapped my arm around her shoulder and she looked at harry. harry nodded and grabbed her hand. the others were already in the car. we got in the car nicole sat with harry and i sat with lou and liam.
