Trouble
Harry's pov:
Damn. Maria was harsh that's for sure. I wasn't the manwhore she had me pegged to be. Granted, I did fuck who I wanted and I never had a relationship before. But that was good. I didn't want one. All I wanted in my life was sex and the occasional blunt. And now... Maria. I had to face it. I had never wanted a girl so bad before!
"It's like she knows how to piss me off and still keeps me interested! I want her all the time and I'm gonna get her." I said taking a drag on my cigarette. I was in the woods by a park sitting on an abandoned park bench. This was where my gang and I hung out. I wasn't speaking to anyone in particular. I just needed to vent a little.
"Well Harry, you tried taking her home right from the start but that didn't work. Have you ever considered the fact that not all girls want to fuck and then leave? She's in high school for fuck's sake. She's probably too young anyway." My bestfriend, Seth, blurted out. I gave him an icy glare.
"I mean... She might just have been taken aback a little... I'm sure she wants you too just give her time to talk to you a little maybe..." Seth quickly added. Everyone was scared of me in this town. Even my best friend. Good. They knew what I was capable of.
"I think I know what I'm going to do..." I said quietly. I threw my cigarette down and stepped on it. I then sauntered out to the picnic bench where I know Maria would sit in a few minutes.
Maria's pov:
Ok maybe I was a little hard on him. I decided to give him a chance to at least have a civil conversation with me. I might have yesterday if that blond bitch didn't interrupt us. God I hated that slut. Although I hated most people here. The rest I barely tolerated. Harry was the only person in this miserable excuse of a town that held my interest. And the bell rang which was my queue to go and talk to him during my lunch.
He was at my table and we talked quite a lot. He seemed to be a nice guy who had a dark side. I found myself asking questions and actually being socially stimulated for the first time in years. We talked about everything from his life to where I lived to what my favorite color was. I was genuinly interested and he seemed to be too.
"The bell is going to ring soon..." I said reluctantly.
"So?"
"So?! Well I was kind of starting to like talking to you and now I have to go to class..." I replied. Was he stupid or something?!
"Oh I see... Just ditch. It's what I do. You can chill with me and meet the gang."
Ditching class went against everything I believed it. It was what the rebels who had straight Ds in school did. If I got caught I'd be in a shit load of trouble. Especially if I was with a boy who, according to him, everyone was afraid of. No it's a bad idea and I really shouldn't.
"Sure." I replied.
