Maria's pov:
"Good luck on your first day, sweetie!" My mom called from her minivan. Great! I thought It's my first day of senior year in my new town and I'm already embarrassed! I walked into the double doors of the mundane school building. I found my locker after a few laps around the second floor and proceeded to find my homeroom. I knew no one in this school but I didn't care. What was the point of making friends if they were going to stab you in the back? With the experiences I've had, it was just healthier to focus on my school work and to blend in as much as possible. I left for lunch after 5th period, not looking for anywhere to sit. Why would I look for someone to sit with? I wouldn't be accepted due to the fact that I already made myself out to be a weirdo. A loser. Whatever. I headed out to the parking lot and ate outside at an abandoned picnic table when I saw a larger black car- a Rang Rover I think- parked illegally with someone sitting in it. His face was turned away but I saw his dark brown curls and he looked like he was a student. Humph! Probably a ditcher. I thought. He turned to face me almost like he knew what I was thinking. His brilliant green eyes startled me and I looked down only to look up moments later. He was still staring at me. I got up and went back inside as quickly as I could without looking suspicious. That boy was scary as hell but... He intrigued me. No this is wrong he is obviously a bad boy. He's exactly the type of person I should avoid. I would stay away from him for sure.
Harry's pov:
Another boring day to start another boring year. I walked aimlessly through the monochrome halls. I wasn't actually going anywhere in particular. I pretty much ditched class every day but I had a reputation that the teachers were scared of. They passed me every year. Who wanted to have the leader of the worst gang around more than once anyway? Yeah I was proud of my bad rep. I got me what I wanted and no one would mess with me. Plus I could fuck whoever I wanted. All the girls in town threw themselves at me. I usually gave then what they wanted so that was a definite plus. Most of the time. At least it added to the reputation that I wanted. I wandered around for the first three periods but I got bored with that. I left and sat outside in my car listening to my favorite CD. I watched the traffic in front of the school. I felt someone's eyes on me. I turned my head abruptly towards the school. My green orbs met a girl's blue ones. She blushed and looked away quickly. I held my stare. She looked up at me afain and got up and walked away quickly. I watched her body shift with every step Dan I knew I wanted to get with her. She was so hot and she was my new target. I was the hunter and she was my prey.
