We had just got off the bus at summer camp. Once the bus had left we all went to a big meeting. There was a large stage outside and there were also a lot of seats. Chloe and I took our seats. They said there welcome and told us that we will be here for 60 days. "Everyone could you please get up and go over to the cabins and you will be given a room". The man said. We all walked over to the cabins and were given a room ".The man said. We walked over to the cabins and were given a room unfortunately I wasn’t with Chloe. Instead I was with some girl named Tahlia. "Hey" she said. "Hello" I said smiling. I walked over to my bed and sat down. "So what’s your name?" she asked. Jade Go. And you? Tahlia Dowling she chirped. "Did you know about One Direction coming here?" she asked trying to keep the conversation going. "Yeah but I’m not really a fan" "Really? I like their music but I’m not really a fan either.' She said sitting down. We have to go to a meeting thing in half an hour she said. "I’m gonna take a nap do you mind waking me up when we have to go?" I asked getting into bed. "Sure! I have an alarm clock, I think I will take a nap too she said.

BEEP BEEP BEEP
I wake up to see a dressed Tahlia.” You have to get up now, time for another camp meeting.” I got up and changed into a simple plain white t-shirt and some denim short shorts with some brown strappy sandals. When we got to the meeting, I sat next to Tahlia. Soon the main counsellor walked on stage. HELLO! Ok so we have One Direction here and there gonna sing us a song! WWHHHOOOOOO everyone bellowed. They came out and what makes you beautiful came on and the boys started to sing .They were better than I thought. Straight after we had a camp party. Everyone went and got changed. The music was quite loud. We spotted One Direction in the middle with piles of girls around them. I just walked past and started dancing with Tahlia.
Soon the counsellor announced that they were gonna play a slow song and we had to dance with someone. Everyone was taken even Tahlia. I went and sat down at the bench, I was the only person without someone to dance with. I just sat there looking at my lap with my hands sitting on them. Then a hand reached out to me, I looked up to see a tall, blond guy. He was from One Direction.
Wanna dance? He said with his Irish accent.
Nah its ok you don’t have to. I said rejecting it.
Why? He asked confused.
Because I’m ok sitting here by myself, why don’t you ask someone else, anyone would dance with you. I replied.
But, I’m asking you.
And I’m saying no now could you please leave me alone?
I just didn’t want you to be here on your own.
I’m fine, now please go.
He walked away and my eyes quickly fixed back on my lap. Soon they started to play pop songs again. I went to Tahlia. We danced for a while until I got bored and lost her. I went back to my cabin and put on my pyjamas. I got into bed and rang Maddy.
Hey! I shouted into the phone.
Hi she replied.
You’ll never guess what happened.
WHAT?
That blond Irish guy from one direction asked me to dance with him.
Oh my God what’d you say?
I said no.
Why?
Because I don’t like those guys’ they’re so full of themselves.
I suppose so.
Gotta go to bed very tired.
By I will ring tomorrow.
Ok bye.
I hung up and went to sleep.
