Storm
I was sitting in my bed doing my homework when I heard very loud thunder. I went over to my window and saw a very bad storm outside. Lightening came down and scared me. I ran back to my bed and got under the covers. Thunderstorms always scared me and I was home alone. I thought about asking my best friend Niall to come over, but I assumed he'd be with his girlfriend. After a few minutes the front door opened I assumed it was my mom and ran downstairs.
"Niall?" I asked confused when I saw it was him. "Hey how are you doing Lulu?" He asked. Before I could answer thunder sent me running into his arms. "I guess your scared?" He asked. I shook my head. "Okay let's take you upstairs." He said picking me up. He set me down on my bed, "I'll be right back." He said and left. After a few minutes he came back with Chinese food. "Yay!" I cheered when he sat down with me. Niall smiled at me and we started eating.
"If you were scared why didn't you call?" He asked me as we were half way done. "I thought you'd be with Jessica." I said somewhat annoyed. "Why don't you like her?" He asked me. "She's mean to me I try to be friends with her but she doesn't want me near you I don't get it." I said sadly. "She's scared." Niall said putting down his food. "What do you mean?" I asked him confused. "She knows I like you." He said looking down. "What?" I asked shocked. "I like you Lulu I've liked you since we met in kindergarten. I've hated seeing you with all these guys that treat you bad and don't know you. I deserve to be with you." He said finally looking back at me.
I didn't do anything. Instead I leaned in and crashed my lips to his. He kissed me back immediately. His lips were warm and comforting. He pulled away, "I love you Lulu." He said looking into my eyes. "I love you too."
