Story Reviews

So, since you have come to this page, I presume you are interested in having me review your story!

Before I give you the rules for my reviews I want to start with a quick note:

I know how hard people work on these stories that I will be reading, so I will be doing two types of reviews. The first type will be reviews requested by the authors and the second type will be a review requested by prospective readers who aren't sure whether the story will be for them.Rules for me to review your story:
1. Must have three or more chapters - I can't give a critical review anything less because it's hard for me to get a feel for your writing if there isn't enough for me to read, however I will review a cluster of one shots if there is a request to do so!

2. Can be either One Direction or 5 Seconds of Summer - I love both and will be happy to review both!

3. I will review all aspects of the story in four sections (characters, summary, plot and layout & grammar) with an overall comment on the story! I intend to make this as technical with only a little of my personal opinion in as possible - I want to help you improve your story if I can!

Rules for me to review someone else's story:
1. Must have at least eight chapters - I am reviewing the story to tell you if you should read it or not so I feel as though any less and you could probably give up half an hour of your day and just read it :')

2. Again can be either One Direction or 5 Seconds of Summer, I am happy to do both.

3. I will be reviewing the story purely from a content and plot and what my personal opinion on the story is (with only a small note on layout and grammar in terms of any difficulty that it may pose) - I say this because I will not pass constructive criticism that wasn't asked for... Which actually leads on to my final point...

4. I will post any review that is asked for, but I will be informing any authors that their story is being reviewed and if they ask me not to, or to remove the review I will respect that.

**I would like to think that I am a fair person who doesn't write unfair comments about a story and I have no intention of putting people down, so if I post a review about your story and you feel as though I have passed the mark of criticism and have been too harsh, then please let me know and I will be happy to remove the review or let you put a case forward for a reconsideration of my comments**
