I turned around and walked back to the island and give the cooks the new order. I could partically feel Harry’s stare as I walked back and forth.

I would stop sometimes to grab plates from other booths and walk back to the counter.

“Order Up!”

I went to grab the plates of food a took them to Harry’s table.

“Okay here is the Chicken Avocado Burger with fries..” I gave it to the one with dirty blonde hair which I’ve come to know is named Niall.

“Chicken Quesadilla..” I gave to the boy with dark brown hair and seems to not like spoons for some odd reason..

“Cobb’s salad..” for the one with ruffles hair and nice bluish eyes..

“Last, is Philly Cheese Steak..” I gave it to Harry, with the fakest smile ever.

“Ok guys enjoy! Need anything just let me know” I said
As I turned around Harry grabbed my arm an spun me around so I was facing him. Our face centimeters away.

He put his thumb in between those plump lips and rubbed it on my neck. Rather ruffly. Grabbing his napkin did it again.

In a low voice said..

“Everyone needs to know your mine.”

With that he let me go. My hand went immediately to my neck and felt that the only thing covering up that nasty bruise was gone.

I looked at him straight in the eyes and said

“I’m not yours Harry”

I walked away not giving a damn if he said anything.
I stopped at the near by table to ask if needed anything and told them to enjoy and walked away.

As much as I didn’t want to go up to the table I dreaded most I needed to or I’ll get in trouble with my manager. I took a deep breath and walked towards them.

“Enjoying your food guys?” I asked politely as I looked at every other guy besides Harry.

They all nodded, while I can feel Harry’s intense stare burning holes on the side of my skull.

“Let me take those for you” I said while leaning forward to get
some of the empty plates along with some cups to get a refill.

I walked away to the dish tub and put them there and grabbed new cups to refill them. I walked back to give them their drinks and go attend a new customer at the island.

“Hi! Welcome to Patty’s Diner! I’m Elizabeth your server for tonight! Can I start you with anything to drink.?” I asked while smiling at the middle aged man. Then man just kept eyeing my up and down until he stopped to my neck.

“What happened to your neck dear..?” He asked cautiously

“I burned myself with curling iron badly” I said without giving it any thought

“Ah.. well I would like a beer please” he said

“Sure! I’ll be back with your drink” I said.

I walked towards the cook station to give them my tickets. After walking away to grab a beer from the fridge and to open it. I walked back to give him his drink and left him with the menu while I went to check up my customers.

“Hi! Would guys like the check..?” I asked a couple

“Yes please..” The boy said while smiling

“Ok no problem I’ll be back in a moment” I said

I walked towards Harry’s group.

“Would you guys like the check?” I asked them to only get a response from Harry.

“Yes Love.” He said while clenching his teeth. Hm what’s his problem I thought. Oh well at least I got him off my back.

“Ok I’ll be right back with it” I said and walked back to the island and punched in the machine to print me the receipts.

“Miss.. can I have another beer?” The man asked while lifting his beer up.

“Sure!”

I walked towards the fridge grabbed another beer opened it and set it in front of him. Taking the empty beer and put in the trash. I grabbed a hold of my receipts and walked passed the old man to feel a tight squeeze on my butt. I turned around to see him smiling proud of himself.

“What is wrong with you?!” yelled grabbing all the attention from the diner to me

“Miss you are hot as hell, and wanted to grab that sweet little ass of yours” when those words left his mouth I wanted to throw up at what he said.

“You are disgusting” I said walking away from him. Before I could walk away he grabbed a hold of my wrist preventing me to leave.

“You aren’t going anywhere.” He said with a smug look. Before I can say anything my manager grabbed a hold of him.

“I suggest letting her go.” He said while looking at him with disgust

“Or else what.” The man said challengingly

“I don’t think you want to know” said my manager

The mans face calmed down and let go of my wrist. So my manager told him to leave before he called the police. He obviously wasn’t happy but didn’t exactly leave quietly.

The man got pissed and started to yell a lot of things.

“FUCK YOU AND THAT SLUTTY WAITER OF YOURS!” He yelled as they kicked him out.
I took a deep breathe before walking towards the customers and gave them their receipts along with Harry’s group. I checked the time it read 10. Yes! Quitting time! I walked to the back while untieing my apron and hanging it up. I grabbed ahold of my bag and put it around my shoulder.

“Bye guys!” I said while waving the cooks along with manager.

I walked out of the diner to a pitch black darkness only streetlights illuminating the side walk.
I started to walk slowly down the street I had originally ran up not that long ago. I felt a noise of something being kicked.

I turned to look around and see nothing. I sighed just thinking it was my imagination. I proceeded to walk a little faster. I heard footsteps right behind me, I turned around to see no one again.

That’s when I felt a hand placed on my mouth and pushed up against a wall. I frantically started to move to push this person off me. I still couldn’t see the guys face but I could smell the alcohol off his breath.
“Hello again darling” said the man
His voice made me notice he was the same man from the diner. I felt myself starting to get even more scared.

“You know.. when I first saw you, I thought I had to have her! Then you did that to me.. and was like why would she do that to me!” He said inching closer to my face

I moved my face to the side as he caressed my face with his finger. I closed my eyes in fear, feeling the tears wanting to come out of my eyes.

“Look at me”

“LOOK AT ME!?” He yelled forcing my face to look at him.

His hands started to trailing down my neck to my chest, he gripped my breast rather harsh.
Oh my god I’m going to get raped here, I never thought I would be losing my virginity in a alleyway to a drunk.

Why was I stupid to walk alone this late at night.
His breathing was harsh as he went lower to my stomach. I tried to knee him in his balls but he used his legs to keep my legs in place.
I closed my eyes letting the tears come out, coming to the conclusion I was going to be raped an no one was around to stop him. I felt my life begin to flash before my eyes..

“HEY!” I heard a deep voice yelled

“OVER HERE!? PLEASE HELP!?” I yelled when he slapped me in the face with full force knocking me to the floor.
He leaned close to my face and said ‘Shut up’ then grabbed a hold of my legs and spread them. I started kick and cry loudly.

“Please! Help me!” I yelled while sobbing

That’s when the man was pulled off me and pinned to the wall. The guy was way taller and started to punch him in the face multiple times and kneed him in the stomach.

The man dropped to the floor while the guy started to kick him in the stomach.
I started to stand up to prevent the guy from killing him.

“Stop.. Please don’t kill him!” I yelled trying to pull him off.

That when the guy turned his face and saw it was Harry. I was looking straight into his now black eyes when they were once green..

Harry looked back at me straight in my eyes. He was breathing rather harshly. Slowly his breathing calmed down, then in a swift move grabbed a hold of my face.

“Are you ok love? Did he hurt you?” He asked moving my face side to side to see any bruises.

“I’m fine.. thank you..” I said while hugging him. That’s when I broke and began crying. Harry wrapped his arms around me to comfort me while I soaked his black shirt with my tears.

“Its okay love, he won’t hurt you anymore, Lets go I’ll take you home” he said while starting to stand up from the ground. We began walking rather slow.
We passed the guy as he was passed out from the mean beating Harry had given him.
