I was in my room getting a Weezer shirt I remembered I had from a recent photo shoot and then I heard a faint knock at the door, I opened the door to see that it was Niall standing there leaning on the door frame.
"Hey man, Harry and I ran into a change of plans, Demi wanted to go out to eat so us three were gonna go, I wanted to know if you wanted to join us." "Thanks for the invite, but its fine I already had made a reservation, maybe tomorrow." He looked kind of sad, but didn't accept my answer because he than asked me "Are you okay Zayn? like seriously man, you seem really distant today, you know you can always talk to me if you need some advice" he looked at me dead serious. I didn't want to just blow him off so I knew that I should tell him, if I told him maybe he could also help me buy some more alone time with Scarlet.
"Uh what time are ya'll heading out?" I asked because I wanted to know if there was enough time to tell him. "Don't worry dude, Demi isn't coming to get us til a little later" he said with ease. I decided to just blurt it all out "I met this real beauty at Starbucks this morning, we hit it off from the start and I just can't seem to get her off of my mind, and we're going out to dinner later on tonight, and I'm nervous and I'm making lines up in my head, and I don't know what's happening to me but this feeling is driving me insane."
"Well it sounds like someone might have a crush" he teased squeezing my cheeks. I pushed his hands off my face with a chuckle. "Well I'm glad your going on a date and putting yourself out there ,but why didn't you just tell us?" We were interrupted by Demi,"Hey guys!"
