"Scar come down stairs before your dinner gets cold!" My mom called out for me interrupting my thoughts of Zayn, I still couldnt believe that happened this morning. I didnt want to go down stairs to eat, mom had been cooking the same meal since i got out the hospital,chicken alfredo, it used to be my favorite but shes wearing it out.
I decided to just put in a CD and write in my journal, its been a long time since I've written anything, I loved music so much I used to sing all the songs I wrote at the park in the spring and play them on my accoustic guitar. My first line i had written down was 'saw you at the coffee shop'.
"I got a love like woahh ohh ohh" my phone was singing love like woe byt the ready set. I ran to my little dresser and saw it was an unknown number,"Hello?" "Uh Scarlet?" I recognized the voice instantly "Zayn" I said almost squealing. "It is you,haha, um I was wandering if you wanted to catch a bite to eat in like 30?" "Yeahh that sounds cool,are we gonna meet up or?" " Actually I was gonna ask you if I could pick you up,I kinda want it to be a surprise" he said confidently. "So secretive, haha just kidding, but okay its fine with me" I said trying not to sound too excited. "Awesome! just text me your address and I will see you shortly" he said not even trying to hide his excitment. I laughed saying "Alrighty,can't wait." he hung up and i lost my breath thinking OHMYGOD I haven't been on a date in a long time, what have I gotten myself into?!
