"I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!" was all Scarlet could say as I brought her in my room and sat her on my bed. "It's not your fault love, you didn't mean for it to happen, you can't control it" I said rubbing her back trying to comfort her. "I know, the doctor told me that I would be having black outs and flash backs, but it would go away with time." She was looking down playing with her fingers trying to avoid making eye contact.
"Well see, you just have to not let it get to you, it'll all get better in time."
"Yeahh, but it's hard, I can just be thinking of it and than, BOOM!, I'm right there on the floor not knowing what just happened, its just so embarrassing, it's one of the reasons I don't go out much, I'm sorry I messed everything up, it just" she looked up at me with tears forming in her eyes "it sucks, it just sucks." She put her head in her hands ,and I lifted her face up with my finger so we could make eye contact and I told her "Hey, you know if anything this day was actually pretty good, we learned a lot about each other for a first date than most people do, and you got to meet some of my friends, I mean this date isn't bad to me I get to spend time with an amazing girl like you, and I mean it when I say that, I don't know what it is but it's something about you that just stands out and I can't get enough of it, it's everything about you actually."
She smiled her gorgeous smile and said "You know, this might sound strange and so girly but whenever I'm with you I forget everything bad that's happened and I feel free, I remember what it feels like to live again, and love I it, you made me feel things I haven't felt in years."
I hugged her and she said "And I'm sorry I'm being such a sissy and keep talking a lot , and apologizing bu- " I leaned down and kissed her, my hands cupped her face and she grabbed my waist and pulled me closer. "Pizza's rea- , oh shit!, sorry" Harry said as he quickly walked out and closed the door behind him.
