Chapter 7: Oh My Gosh!
Carly’s POV
“Carly, can I talk to you for a minute?” Michelle asked, leaning her weight against her desk.
“I’ll be right out, wait for me?” I asked Danielle and she nodded before closing the door behind herself. “Is something wrong?” I looked toward Michelle.
“No, everything is fine. I have a few things to talk to you about regarding Paul Higgins.” She sat down at her desk while gesturing for me to sit down too.
“He already called you?” My stomach tightened.
“Yes.” She nodded shuffling through some papers on her desk. “If you go, you will still be my client but their people will take care of you. Everything is worked out for you to go, the decision is yours to make.”
“If I go, will you support me?” One of my biggest fears was her not supporting me in it.
“Of course. I’m still here for you, both as a manager and everything else. I will not drop you or be mad if you go, this is your life and I completely understand why you want to go.”
“I want to go with them.” I mumbled seeing her smile grow.
“Good choice. Now I need to know if you’ll be coming back for the Kardashian line in July.”
“Yea, I’ll be back for that.” I shrugged.
“Okay, I’ll work out the details with them. Don’t worry about anything, everything will work out.” She jotted something down and then looked at me again. “Do you have any questions?”
“Nope.” I shook my head.
“Okay great. You don’t have anything to do until the shoot so go ahead and take a break. I’m taking care of the perfume ‘shoot so I’ll see you then.” She smiled.
“Thank you for everything Michelle.” I stood up and picked up my sweater.
“You're welcome. Have a nice week.”
“You too.” I walked to the door and left the room.
Niall’s POV
I was laying on the couch watching The Bucket List when I heard someone knock on the door. Harry was being lazy so I had to get up and get the door. I walked over to it slowly and opened it to see Carly. She smiled at me and passed me.
“Forget your key?” I asked closing the door.
“Yea, sorry.” She dropped her head and leaned against the wall.
“It’s fine.” I shrugged walking into the living room.
“Hey babe.” She leaned over and kissed Harry’s cheek.
“How was work?” He asked while she walked toward the hallway.
“Great. Are they here?” She asked pointing toward the rooms and we both nodded. “Okay, I’ll be right back.”
She walked away and came back a few minutes later with Louis and Liam walking behind her. I watched her sit down on the coffee table while they sat next to Harry and then Zayn walked out and sat down next to me. She took a deep breath and turned toward us.
“I’m going on tour with you.” She blurted it out, leaving us in shock.
We all cheered, I couldn’t decipher what we were saying. I couldn’t even understand myself. After a few minutes, we all calmed down.
“Is your manager mad?” Louis asked looking over at her.
“Not at all, she supports me all the way.” Carly looked proud of her decision and I was too.
“Good. I’m happy you’re coming with us!” I cheered making her giggle.
“Me too.” She smiled and then looked at Liam who was clearing his throat like he wanted to talk.
“Can we all go out and celebrate tonight?” He asked eagerly.
“Sure.” She shrugged taking off her sweater.
“Okay, is 2 hours enough time to get ready?” Liam asked and got nods from everyone. “Alright.”
