Annabelle's POV:

After we finished our tickle war, all of us decided to use the pool for once. I thought it was a great idea until I thought of something... "Hey guys?" I said before the boys could run to their room for their swimwear. "I just realized, I don't have a swimsuit with me." I said sheepishly while putting my head down. Soon Harry stepped up and said, "It's okay. Lucky for you, my sister Gemma was over and she left some clothes here including a swimsuit. You should fit in one. Come with me my friend." He smiled. He soon led me upstairs and into a room which I assume was the guest room that Gemma slept in. He went over to the wardrobe and got out a black and red polka dot bikini and handed it to me. "Whenever you're ready, we'll be outside in the pool." he said and left the room so I could change.


Louis POV:

After the lads and I got our bathing suits on, we all ran out to the pool and jumped in. I felt like I was in paradise because I haven't been able to even set foot in a pool for a long time. We're always busy, and don't really get any downtime. A little while later while me and the boys were starting to play volleyball, someone came out from the house and it could have only been one person. Annabelle. When I turned around, I literally saw the most beautiful girl ever in my entire life. I know that sounds, insanely cheesy,but it was true. Every word. She had her brown hair up in a bun and her bathing suit... lets just say, it fit her well... I don't know how long I was staring, but it must have been a while. Want to know how I know? Well, a few minutes later, something hard hit my face. It was the volleyball. "OUCH! What did you do that for?!" I yelled. Liam piped up, "Sorry mate, I thought you were ready!" So HE threw it... "Maybe if you weren't staring at Belle for a whole 5 minutes, you wouldn't have gotten hurt. Isn't that right boobear?" Harry told me. Oh Harry.. never ceases to embarress the crap out of me, especially in from of Belle. I looked over to see her reaction and her face was bright red while she giggled. Her giggle is so cute... OH GET YOUR HEAD TOGETHER! THIS ISN'T THE TIME! NOW IT'S WAR! And what I mean by that, I chucked the volleyball back over to Liam, Harry and Niall and managed to hit Harry in the stomach with it. "HAHA! That's what you get Curly!" I yelled to them. "Hey Belle! Come and play volleyball on our team." I said, while gesturing to me and Zayn.

"Sure" she told us. Soon she got in the pool and made her way over to us.

"Thanks for joining us." I said.

"No problem...boobear." she laughed while making fun of my LOVELY nickname that I now have with my boys. We started the game. Actually we tried to start the game. Not even 5 minutes after Annabelle came into the pool, her face paled and she ran out and into the house just like she did that day in the cafe a year ago. Me and the lads exchanged VERY confused looks and stared right back at the house. Before I could even move an inch, Liam and Niall were already out of the pool running to catch up with her. I have to admit that I was kind of jealous. I mean, I know that Liam and Niall are closest to her and talk about everything with each other, but I feel like I should have been the one to run to her.To make sure she was alright. It doesn't matter anymore. Niall and Liam are long gone. I guess me, Harry and Zayn will find out when the three come back....


Annabelle POV:

When I came outside to see the pool, I caught Louis' eye. We kind of just stared at each other for a while. It wasn't as awkward as i'm describing it right now, but it was nice. Seconds later, I saw a volleyball, thrown by Liam, fly over the net and... OUCH! Right smack into Lou's face. I couldn't help, but laugh because his expression was priceless. "OUCH! What did you do that for?!" I heard him yell.

"Sorry mate, I thought you were ready!" Liam said back. Soon Harry said something that made me blush and surprisingly giggle...

" Maybe if you weren't staring at Belle for a whole 5 minutes, you wouldn't have gotten hurt. Now isn't that right boobear?" he said. HOLD UP! Boobear? What kind of name is that? It didn't matter, it was still cute. I walked over to the other side of the pool and heard Louis say to come play volleyball on his team. Now how could I pass up an offer like that? I agreed and got in the pool. I was having the time of my life until a pain shot through my stomach. I was all too familiar with it, so I knew right away what was going to happen. I felt my face pale and without any warning, I ran out of the pool and into the house. I sprinted for the bathroom and made it just in time for me to upchuck. I totally forgot about this for a while. I have been having so much fun with the boys that the cancer completely slipped my mind. I sat there for a few more minutes until the blood started to come along with the dizzyness . Only this time, it was worse. I have not seen this much blood before and right now, I couldn't see about two feet in front of me. Soon enough all that I was throwing up was blood, and I felt like I was going to pass out. Luckily I kept myself together,but it really freaked me out. A few seconds later I heard the faint noise of my name being called. Uh-oh! They cannot know what is happening to me right now. If they find out, my secret will be blown and i'll have to tell them everything! I prayed that they would just wait outside the door, but as you know, I was never so lucky in the prayer department. The door flung open and in came Liam and Niall. NO!


"What are you doing in here?!" I yelled....
