Coffee Shops and Parties
"Wake up, Morgan!!"
My mom was trying to wake me up. Ugh.
"Get up! NOW!"
"Okay, okay! I'm up!" Summer break just started and I wanted to actually sleep in, but I guess that won't happen. My mom made her way to my door while telling me to get dressed; we were going to have a party. I grabbed my phone and texted my best friend, Ally.
From:AllyBoo- Hey, Bitch! Text me back!
To:AllyBoo- Good Morning to you too! We're having a party today. Wanna come?
From:AllyBoo- You know it! See ya later! :)
I attached my phone to a speaker and started playing my favorite song, Kiss You. I was singing and dancing around while getting my clothes picked out for the party. I walked into my bathroom and started running the water to take a shower. I heard my mom open my door and call my name. I walked back to my bedroom and she said, "I'm going to the store to get food and stuff for the party. Text or call me if you think of anything you need." I nodded and went back to the bathroom to take a quick shower. When I got out, I dried and straightened my curly, brown hair and got dressed. I texted my mom to ask her how long she was going to be, and she said it would be a few hours. I decided to go to Starbucks and get some coffee.

Walking out of the coffee shop, I was thinking about who all I could invite to the party. I didn't even notice the person I was about to walk into. I bumped into the stranger, spilling my coffee all over him. "Shit," we both said in unison. I looked up to see the most beautiful blue eyes on the face of the earth. The owner of these beautiful blue eyes chuckled softly and said, "Jinx." I couldn't do anything but stare. I finally managed to find words. "I'm sooo sorry.."
"That's okay, why don't I buy you more coffee and you can tell me about yourself?"
"Um..okay."
