Parker's POV

Why am I such a jerk? I just exploded at Harry, who was just trying to help. Not to mention I just talked to him for the first time in years. He looked genuinely hurt by my words. I never meant to hurt anyone. I'm just a fuck up.

I continued walking down the hall feeling eyes burn through me. Soft whispers began to float around.

" Parker's been gone for awhile"

" I heard she's hooking up with Harry Styles"

" She's such a lazy ass look at her outfit"

" Her hair is such a mess"

" What a stuck up bitch"

" I heard she and Fiona dumped beer on Tana"

I always get those comments. No one says them to my face of course but it doesn't really help my confidence. I know my friend Fiona gets it worse but she has thick skin. And my only other friend Paisley is a star athlete who everyone just adores. That leaves me. A short, curvy, 15 year old (soon to be 16), girl who everyone just loves to hate. They must think I'm deaf or some shit. I don't get bullied because everyone knows I could take it, but instead rumors oh so many rumors.

I still had a bit of time before first period and plugged in my headphones. I was very much in an Amy Winehouse so Fuck Me Pumps will have to do.

Amy is truly a goddess. She is so real and down to earth. Plus her voice is just something else. I love these lyrics, they are so true. So many girls my age are just like this. Like the girl, I guess Tana is her name, that Fiona dumped beer on. Like who just does that? Going up to some random guy and completely throwing yourself at him. Not to mention it was Harry. Very few people knew the real him. I consider myself someone who does, but he stills intimidates the life out of me. He's pretty scary. She must think she's the shit.

OMG SPEAK OF THE BITCH. She comes bounding towards me surrounded by a group of overly attractive girls. Oh god.

" Hey" she yelled. I pretended I couldn't hear her and continued walking. She was having none of that and grabbed my arm. People just can't take a hint that I don't wanna talk do they? I pulled out my headphones just as it was getting to the good part in the song.

" How can I help you miss Tana?" I replied. Her mouth formed a perfect O shape. This is the only time in my entire life I am thankful for those people talking about me or else I wouldn't have heard her name.

" if you don't close your mouth flies will fly in," I warned choking back a grin. She quickly shut her mouth and sadly opened it again to speak.

" H-How did you know my name?" She asked with furrowed eyebrows.

" I know many things," I said with a wink and sauntered off. Idiot.
