Wasted Heart

I got out of the little bakery,basically jogging my way down the street. I’m running late I thought as I looked at the time on my phone. I had errands to do but decided to stop and get a hot chocolate for my brother Louis.

I need to let him know I'm going to be late. I was pressing the numbers to call Niall when I bumped into someone, spilling the hot chocolate all over them. After profusely apologizing to the man, I went on my way to where Louis was. I walked the short three blocks to the all too familiar building. I went up to the third floor where I was greeted by Niall.

“You know,Louis has been waiting for you for the past 20 minutes.” he said as soon as he saw me.

“Nice to see you too Niall.” I said hugging him. "I'm sorry I forgot to call."

“ It's not me you have to apologize to." He said as he gestured to Lou's door.

I sighed. "At least Harry keeps him company."

"Harry left for the day.”

“They allowed him to?”

“Yeah, pretty sweet for him.”

“Yeah he deserves it.” I agreed. Even though that means Louis has been alone, I was happy for him.

“Now… go face the wrath of Louis.” Niall said pointing to the room he was in. I smiled and nodded,waving goodbye to Niall as I walked toward Lou.

“You're late.” Louis said, obviously not pleased. “And Harry isn't here, so it's even worse.” he huffed.

“I know. I'm sorry.”I said sitting on a nearby chair.

“Where's my hot chocolate?”

“I dropped it, bud. Sorry.”

"It's okay." I saw him get upset.

”How about we go down for ice cream later?”

“I think that's a brilliant idea.”he smiled.

Okay so youre probably confused as heck right now,my bad. It will make sense in the next chapter. I know the last chapter it says coffee but its to kinda to show his perspective from hers, like what he thinks it is vs what she knows it is. That probably doesnt make sense either lol oh well
