Summary: “You’re just an angel.. who got lost in the darkness.”
At times she was strange and dangerous, but mostly she was sweet and scared and harmless.
All his life he has been rejected by society, stayed in the shadows, creeping slowly through the night. He had nightmares and hated to close his eyes, knowing what waited in the darkness for him. All these years, cold and lonely despite being rather warm blooded and surrounded by a handful of people who love him so dearly. He was only a stone body, his veins had frozen, his lungs quit, his heart never pumped, his brain only barely functioning. He is the tragedy side of life, the darkness behind the light. He was nothing that mattered anymore, he was nothing at all. But when a little speck of color enters his black and white universe, a dream unravels and he can finally feel his… heart beat.
“I saw wild, dangerous beauty. I saw devotion. I saw you.”

My Notes: I'm still trying to figure this story out, but it's soooooo goooood. It will leave you wondering what the heck you just read as you try to put the pieces together. She slowly brings in other characters and we have yet to meet Harry. All I can say is just keep reading because this story is a mystery.
Just in case you were curious, I still find myself coming back and reading what you wrote about In the Heat of Los Angeles when I hit a rough patch of writers block. Finally getting through that story was emotional and tough. But I did it and now that I'm through the tough beginning of the sequel I'm feeling relieved. But I wanted to let you know that it still means a lot to me that you said such nice things about ITHOLA and I use it as motivation.
