I stand in a circular glass room with 8 other girls. There are 10 glass panes and they are all tinted so dark I can’t see through them, but I’m sure everyone on the other side can see us. We are each standing on our own individual rotating platform. Each of us has a different color and style of lingerie on.

All of the sudden, a woman’s voice blares through speakers-
"Good evening and welcome Ladies and Gentlemen, before we start I would like to thank you all for coming out to participate in tonight’s auction! Let’s not forget the rules for the bidding.
Rule number one- the highest bidder gets the prize.
Number two- each bidding number will only be shown three times, if no one else has tried to raise the offer before the last time, the prize will be given to the winner, if someone does raise the bid, it will continue until a bidder has won.
Number three- there is no limit to how many items you buy.
Number four- once the item has been bought and cleared off the floor, there is no re-bidding.
Number five- if you buy an item you will receive their back-ground file as you leave the building tonight.
Number six- no refunds.
Alright, that’s all for the rules! I hope you enjoy yourselves and may everyone have a wonderful bid!” With her final words, all the lights are shut off until only one was left on and it was shining on a girl in a pink lace bra and underwear set.

Out of nowhere a number flashes on all 10 panes in red - 2, 400.

Once.

Twice.

And three times.

The lights came back on in the room and the number was only on one pane now. The pane with the number on it opened and out walked two large guys. They took the girl off her plat form and back to wherever they came from.

And just like that, it clicked.

All nine of us are going to be bought like animals.

We are the items, we are the prize.

We are the auction.
