Rebound

Leilani's POV:

I woke up the next morning feeling like shit yet on top of the world, I turned to my side noticed sleeping Liam, and damn, there was as so sexy, but I couldn't put a pin on it. I got up from the bed and put on one of his shirts and decided make breakfast for the two of us. I went downstairs and started to cook pancakes, bacon, and eggs. I couldn't help but think about last night and how great he was, shit, how great we both were. I got my phone and texted Jade and Remix to let them know that I'm alive.

Liam's POV:

I woke up an threw my arm to the other side of the bed, expecting to find a naked Leilani, but it was empty next to me. Wow, I didn't expect her to leave that quick, I thought it was great last night maybe, she didn't think so. Whatever I'm going to eat some breakfast, I put on my shirt and boxers and went downstairs. As I walked down stairs, I caught Leilani dancing and singing to "Wiggle by Jason Derulo", I'll admit it she looked and sounded good, no great. Damn the way she moved her hips drove me nuts, I went up behind her and whispered in her ear "Are you teasing me sweetheart?" She turned off the stove and turned towards me and she kissed me so gently, it made me crave more.

She took out two plates for us, we ate and talked, "So do you have any brothers or sister?" I asked her and she nervously said "Um...Yeah an older brother, what about you?" I smiled at her and asked "What does he do? And I have three older sisters." She picked up the dishes but didn't answer my question, she started to wash the dishes without acknowledging me. I looked at her intensely, she finally sighed and said "My brother was murder a year ago, so...yeah." I looked at her instantly regretting everything I had just said, and she was fiddling with her fingers. I put my hands over hers and I just held her, she released from the hug and ran up to my room. I followed her, and she was getting dressed in her clothes, I was hella confused "Where are you going sweetheart?" I asked her while taking a hold of her hands.

She looked at me with intensity and something else I just can't pin point it, the she said "We can't do this, I can't do this." She walked downstairs, " What do you mean? It was just sex." I told her as she gathered her things up. She started to laugh, then spoke "I thought you were the cold hearted guy that all the girls want, but you don't want to commit. You don't get it the fact that you asked me about my brother indicates that you felt something for me, and I'm bad for you, trust me kid." And just like that I stopped in my tracks and snapped, she was right. I never talk to girls that I hook-up with, let alone let them sleep in my flat, damn, what is it about her that made me do that. She Ran out and I chased after her yelling "One day, love I'll make you mine!!!" My next door neighbor whose obsessed with me eye rolled and went inside. Leilani, I will make you mine.

Jake's POV:

Well was it a pretty sight to see my sister bone Liam? Hell TO the no! Jeez I wish I would have been somewhere else, but I'm glad she told him. But since he is a stubborn little shit, it's going hard for my sister to keep him safe. Got damn Leilani, why do you go for the troubled ones? Didn't you listen, Liam I hope you're ready, because you're diving in head first into a pool of trouble.
