Just A Fan

I was laying on my bed on my phone when Faye and Claire ran in. "Don't you know how to knock?" they smiled. "Yes but Claire has good news." Faye said. I sat up when Claire handed me a orange envelope. "Open it." I opened it and 3 tickets fell and lanterns with cards on them came out as well. I looked at them. They were One Direction tickets and backstage passes. I smiled. The last time i went to one of their concerts was last year. "How did you get these Claire? Did you kill someone? Did you steal them?" i asked. She laughed. "My younger sister gave them to me. She planned going with her friends but she got grounded." she smiled. Claire was Irish. She moved to Winchester two years ago and still has an accent. I thought it was adorable since Niall was Irish too. I got up and hugged them. "Well, when do we leave?" i said. Not caring about anything else. I mean come on, I'm 20. Claire looked at her phone. "3 hours." she said with a straight face. "How long are we going to be gone?" she smiled. "At least 1 month. But my mom said since my grades are good, 2 if your parents are alright with that. Mine already talked to Faye's." I nodded and called my mom. While it was ringing i grabbed my big black suitcase. "Hello?" she said. "Hey mom, is it okay if i go to a concert with Faye and Claire for 2 months?" she laughed. "Who do you think i am?" she said. "My mother?" i said "No, you can go to the concert but coming back." i was getting angry. "Mom, i'm 20 know. You can't control my life anymore." She sighed. "Fine. Do it. But if you get pregnant or even killed, I told you not to go." and with that, she hanged up. I shrugged my shoulders and began to pack. "Well, what she say?" Faye asked. I explained the conversation and they said that it sounded like my mom. When i was, i took my things downstairs to see that their things were already there. I picked my car keys up and picked my suitcase up and walked out the door. When everyone was out, i locked the house. I say my cute neighbor, Jake, walking over. "Where are you guys going?" he asked. "a concert." i said. He nodded and went to say something but stopped and walked away. "That was weird." Faye said. "I agree." i got in the driver seat and Faye sat in passenger. Claire sat in the backseat with our things. I plugged my phone into the Aux cord that was in the radio. We listened to Green Day, One Direction, 5 Seconds of Summer, 3 Days Grace, Disturbed, and more. We listen to different style of music. Pop, Rap, Rock, anything like that. The drive was to Manchester. It was a 3 hour drive from Winchester. Living in England it fun sometimes. I have always wanted to live in America though.

3 hours later, we arrived to the hotel that Claire's parents rented a room at. We parked the car and took our things inside. Once inside i walked to the boy at the desk. "Hello Love." he said. I smiled. "Hi, So um my friends mom rented a room for us to stay at. The name should be under Parker." he looked at his computer. He looked at me "Claire Parker?" I nodded and he smiled. He handed me the key and told the 3rd floor. I smiled, took the key, and grabbed my suitcase. We walked to the elevator and pressed the 3 and waited. The ride up was fast. We reached the floor and searched for our room. Once we found it, we unlocked it and walked it. It was nice and big. I walked to a room and yelled "i call this one!" and put my suitcase on the bed and unpacked. The concert was tomorrow so i decided to go to sleep. I was so excited but upset. My dream was to finally get noticed. And i knew that this concert, was going to be the same as last year and the year before that and the year before that. Since my first One Direction concert, it has always been the same thing. I want this time to be different. Please be different.
