Girl

The next morning I woke up to the sound of birds chirping. I unwrapped Harry's arm from around me and slowly sat up to stretch. I yawned and out of the corner of my eye saw Louis smiling at me.

"Morning Lou." I smiled.

We only had two big tents so I was sharing with Harry and Louis, and Liam, Zayn and Niall were sharing another tent.

"Morning." He said, smiling in a weird way. I looked down to see if my clothes were okay.

"What?"

"You talk in your sleep, you know."

"Really?" I asked surprised, my eyes wide and my hand over my mouth. "Oh god this is embarrassing." I laughed nervously. "What did I say?"

"Well... just little random mumbles." He said smiling. "I couldn't understand most of it, I could only make out a few words here and there."

"Oh god." I said hiding my face on my hands.

"It was cute."

"Anyway." I said crawling out of the tent. "I will go get a cup of tea."

"You drink a lot of tea." Louis said as he followed me out of the tent.

"Yeah... I love tea." I smiled.

Louis helped me fix the fire to cook breakfast while the others were still sleeping. It was around 9 in the morning, Louis and I were drinking tea and making breakfast for everyone.

"Good morning." Liam smiled.

"Morning, Liam."

"How did you sleep?"

"Great." I smiled, handing him a plate. "What about you?"

"Good morning, pretty girl." Zayn said walking out of the tent with Niall behind him.

"Morning, pretty boy."

"I smelled bacon!" Niall yelled walking towards us a taking a plate with two eggs and some strips of bacon.

"What are the plans for today?"

"We were thinking about exploring for a while and then we can go fishing."

"Fishing?" I asked, quite scared of doing that.

"Yeah, have you gone fishing?"

"No I haven't. I prefer to join them." I smiled.

We all finished breakfast, putting the dirty dishes on a plastic bag and finishing with some tea they stole from me.

"Is Harry still sleeping?" Liam asked.

"Yeah I will go wake him up."

I crawled into the tent and saw Harry still sleeping. His face was soft, smile on his face, he looked adorable.

"Harry." I said softly. "Harry, wake up." I called again but he just mumbled.

"Jane." He mumbled.

"Harry." I said and carefully shook him.

"Mm?" He said opening his eyes a bit.

"It's time to wake up."

He smiled and took me in his arms and so that I lay on top of him. He stroked my back and kissed me on the lips.

"Hi."

"Hello. Breakfast is ready."

"Ok, thanks." He smiled, not letting me go or moving, just looking lovingly at me. I smiled and leaned in to kiss him. He kissed me back and rolled us over so that he was now on top of me. We were on a make out session when the boys interrupted.

"Harry! Jane! We are leaving in ten minutes!" Liam yelled. I pushed Harry from on top of me.

"Are we going fishing?"

"Yes! And we will swim for a while so put on your swimsuit."

"All right!" I yelled back. "Okay Harry get out so I can get changed.

"I don't want to." He pouted.

"Get out!" I laughed, pushing him out of the tent.

I grabbed my swimsuit and changed as fast as I could, not wanting to make the boys wait anymore. I'm going to say I wasn't excited about the whole fishing thing but I was about swimming. I put my hair on a messy bun and put on a dungaree, and some sandals. I threw in my backpack a sweatshirt, a towel, my camera, and a bottle of water and ran back out.

"Ready."

The boys were by the lake with two rowboats down by the water, fishing rods and a cooler. Harry was finishing breakfast so we waited for him to finish and get changed.

While we waited for Harry and they talked about the fishes we would be murdering I couldn't help but think how much of an impact these five boys had in my life, and I couldn't help but think how much I will miss them when I leave in a week. I know they will forget me, but I wouldn't forget them, all these memories were mine forever.

"Ready." Harry said walking to us.

"Shall we have a go then?" Zayn asked.

"Yep, lets go!"

The boys took the boats to the middle of the lake, I was sharing boat with Harry and Zayn and both of them were rowing for me. As we settled in the middle of the water we got our fishing roads and waited while making some small talk. Fishing was boring and we weren't getting a pull, which I was glad because I didn't want to kill any fish.

"Guys this is boring." I groaned. "There's no fish in here!"

"Jane calm down. Sometimes it takes a while, we must be patient." Liam said.

About a million hours passed and still nothing had happened. We were just sitting there like a bunch of idiots waiting for the fishing rod to move.

"Maybe we should get in the water." I said.

"What? Here?" Zayn said nervously.

"That will scare the fishes." Harry said.

"There are no fishes here." I sighed.

“Louis are there any over there?” Harry shouted. Louis looked around the boat and shook his head.

"No."

"Maybe they know we are here to murder them."

During the next few hours the boys managed to catch a couple fishes, two big fishes and everyone was really excited and kept shouting happily.

Louis, Niall and Liam rowed next to us because Harry was getting hungry and they were the ones with the food. Harry went to their boat, leaving me and Zayn on this one. I was about to pull the fishing rod back and go grab some food when it started moving.

"Oh my god! Oh my god! I got one!" I shouted happily as I felt a tug on the fishing line. I began to reel him, it was easy at first but then the fish started moving like crazy. "Whoa!"

"Is it too much for you Jane?" Zayn asked laughing. I looked around to see Harry filming this.

"I can do it." I struggled with the fishing road but the fish seemed to be really strong.

"Reel it in! Reel it in!" Everyone shouted.

"I'm trying!"

"Need help?" Zayn asked.

"No no, I can do it."

After a while I managed to get it out of the water but he kept fighting for his life. After shouting and struggling the fish got free and swam away, making everyone laugh at me losing against a fish.

"NO! Come back here you bastard!" I yelled at the fish.

"Well you almost did it." Zayn said. I groaned.

"I'm done with this. Let's swim!" I said happily.

I took off my sandals, placing them on my backpack as well as my dungaree. The boys yelled excited and took off their shirts.

"Lets go Zayn!" I said rocking the boat.

"Jane don't-" Before he could say anything else I rocked the boat as hard as I could, sending him in the water.

"Jane no!" Everyone yelled.

"He can't swim!" Liam yelled with panic in his voice, taking his shoes off ready to jump to the rescue.

I quickly looked in the water and saw Zayn splashing around and gasping for air, I immediately panicked, everything looked in slow motion, I was truly terrified.

"Oh god!" I yelled and jumped into the water.

My arms found his waist and I lifted him up to the surface but Zayn was struggling to keep afloat, his eyes were shut, I could tell he was in panic.

"Kick your legs! Move them like you were on a bicycle!" I coached him. By now Liam was in the water with us, helping me with Zayn, and the boys' boat was next to us. "Move your arms! Flap your arms like wings!" I kept yelling.

We soon held on to the side of the boat and the boys helped us get back to the boat. Zayn was breathing heavily and once we were safely in the boat he managed to calm himself.

"Zayn, I'm so so sorry." I said as I hugged him tightly, kissing his head.

"Flap your arms like wings…" He mumbled, rolling his eyes.

"I'm sorry, Zayn. I didn’t know you can’t swim I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’m sorry.”

"Don't worry." He smiled. "But don't do that ever again."

"I won't." I laughed.

We went back to the shore and swam for a while, but this time in a chest-deep area. I tried to convince Zayn to try floating on his back but he refused, saying I was definitely trying to kill him. I felt terrible about everything but Zayn promised he wasn't mad at me.

After spending all day in the lake the boys decided to get the campfire ready. Harry pulled me to another part of the lake, where the boys couldn't see us and kissed me. It was really romantic with the moon shining brightly above us.

"Today was-"

"Boring." I finished for him. "Fishing is boring."

"You need to have patience."

"Yeah but I don't." I smiled.

"But we got dinner."

"Yeah. What are the plans for tomorrow?"

"I don't know. Maybe exploring, there is a waterfall somewhere around here."

"That sounds lovely."

We walked back with the boys and dinner was ready, we were having the poor fishes we killed earlier this day. It was delicious, Niall cooked them and I loved it.

The next couple of days we explored around the place, spending time at the waterfall, playing hide and seek and unfortunately getting lost in the dark, but still having a great time together.

On our last night camping we were sitting around the campfire, Niall was playing random notes with his guitar.

"I can't believe you're leaving tomorrow." Harry said softly.

"Me neither." I said looking at the ground. "I'm going to miss you all guys." I looked up at them. "And I hope that you never forget me."

"Of course we will never forget you." Niall said.

"I hope so."

"But we are going to see each other again, Jane." Liam said.

"Yeah." Louis said. "We will visit you and you will visit us, right?"

"Of course." Everyone said.

I looked down feeling sad, I knew their schedules were crazy and they would probably have no time to visit me, but they promised they would.

We were all having hot chocolate around the campfire, I was laying against Harry’s shoulder, loving how peaceful this was, the night, the stars above us and Niall playing the guitar, it was perfect.

"You are amazing." I said when they finished the song.

Moments was definitely one of my favourite songs by the boys, they all sang beautiful, I could listen to them all day and never get tired.

"Can you play guitar, Jane?" Niall asked.

"Just a couple songs." They smiled and Niall handed me his guitar. "Wait, I'm not playing anything."

"Please."

"But I'm not good at it, I barely practice." They all protested and begged for me to play it.

"Fine." I took the guitar and started strumming.
