Characters Wanted
Summary
I'm writing a story about a Performing Arts University putting on the musical production of Dirty Dancing, obviously surrounding the 5SOS and One Direction boys.
I'm looking for character ideas to use in the story, so if you're interesting in seeing your character in the story, please comment below with the following details.
- Character name
- Age (Will likely be altered if not suitable)
- Personality (Please, give an in depth description so I can get a feel for the character)
- Talents (Remember, although the musical includes a lot of dancing, many of the characters will have acting roles, or singing roles so dancing is not necessary for all)
- Possible love interest out of the boys, excluding Louis at the moment. (This part is also not necessary,).
- Appearance: (If at all possible, a picture would be perfect here, but not necessary).

• American southern girl born and raised, but with big city dreams (You wouldn't have to use that necessarily). She's always felt at home on the stage, whether it be performing at a recital, in a play, or winning a beauty pageant. She gets teased and belittled because she's a pageant queen (but she really does it for the scholarships because her political family refuses to pay for a performing arts university). She is confident in her abilities but is humble. She's not a hopeless romantic, she has a hard shell to crack. After being used repeatedly for her family name, she has almost sworn off love so she can focus solely on herself, but hopes someone will come along and make her rethink that. She comes off as rude but it's just her being focused on her future and not worried so much about making friendships, but under that hard shell she's one of the ones that will always have your back without judgement and has a heart of gold.
•Her passion is singing (she's an alto with an extensive range, think Lea Michele) and acting but she catches on to choreography quite well. Definitely can keep rhythm and doesn't have two left feet.
