Accidental Adventure

Harry's POV:

I woke to pounding on my door. As I got out of bed I noticed Alex was gone. Maybe she's in the bathroom or went back to her room for her stuff and didn't want to bother waking me up. I went over to answer the door to be greeted by Liam.

"Hey mate the snow storm is officially over so management wants us to head over to Madison Square Garden to do a sound check."

"Yeah, thanks let me get dressed and say goodbye to Alex," I said still wondering where she was.

"She spent the night?" Liam gave me a very questioning and concerning look.

"It's not what you think mate. Anyways this is none of your business."

Liam raised one eyebrow and tilted his head. However, he knew not to question me anymore about the situation. " Alright mate, remember sound check at Maddison Square Garden," he said walking towards the elevator.

I quickly closed the door and looked all over the loft, but there was no sign of Alex anywhere. I then quickly got dressed and headed to her room. When I got to the door, it was open, but it was only guest services cleaning her room. Where could she have gone? Would she really have left me without saying goodbye?

I went downstairs and ran up to the front counter.

"Excuse me miss, have you happen to see a woman? Her name is Alex. She checked in here last night after the snow storm hit."

"Oh, yes. It look's like Alex Jefferson checked out earlier this morning. Is there something else I can help you with sir?"

"No, thank you."
