"hello Mr. HORAN?" I answer my phone.

"Yes this is him

"Hi this is Dective Stephanie Rowe with the Atlanta police department. Do you have a few minutes, I need to ask some questions?" Det. Rowe asks

"Yeah of course, are um... are Ellie and Ev ok?" I ask concerned

"Mr. HORAN, when was the last time you spoke with Mr. And Mrs. YOUNG?"

"ITS been about a month ago. I dropped my daughter off to them for a few months while I go on your with my band." I tell her.

" Have you spoken with Jonny Young in the last few days?"

"I haven't, no. My daughter did tell me thst Jonny was the one who brought her here though. I tried calling him but he never answered." I explain

"Is... is uh everything ok? With Ellie and Everett?" I ask again


"Unfortunately no, Ellie and Everett Young have not been located. We are conducting a statewide search for both of them and for Jonny as well." Dect. Rowe tells me

I tackle the job of getting Everlee down for a nap before going outside to answer a few more questions the dectecibe has. I hang up my phone in disbelief, and silently pray to myself for Everett and Elle. I hope they are found safe and that Jonny hasn't done anything stupid. I try to give Jonny a call again bit it was to no avail. I left him a lengthy message asking him to call me asap. Something had happened to his parents and we need to help find them. After staring out at the ocean for a few moments I turn around to head back inside.

"Bloody he'll, watch what you're doing yeah!" I stop startled by the sudden impact.

"Oi shit, I'm so sorry, are you alright?" I stick my hand out to help her up.

she slaps my hand away and gets up on her own. When she turns I catch a glimpse of those gorgeous brown eyes.

"Bailey?" I say as the girl turns around.

"FUCK" I hear her whisper

I ask her why she is wearing a beanie when it is 112 degrees outside.

"oh um, well Lottie wa red to lighten my hair. I agreed to let her do it but it didn't turn out the right way." She stammered

"oh it can't be thst bad.... god always a fmdrama queen." I say as I snatch the beanie from her head.

I stand frozen in shock as I see her long bright yellow and orange hair.

"Oh" is all I can spit out without laughing

"s,not funny you git, I'm on my way to the salon to have it fixed" she slaps me again

"o h well I can take you I'd you'd like

"no thanks though Liam is bringing the car up now

Bailey tells me that if Ev wants to play later she can find Hadleigh with Harry.

"H will have her all night. We won't be back til later" she tells me

"oh so you guys are going on a date tonight then?" I ask sort of rudely


"Yes Niall he is my husband so I think I'm allowed to"

"Yeah real winner he is huh... always cheating on ya" I fire back

I can feel the heat rise up in my face before he can even finish the sentence. I slap Niall across the face hard. Hard enough that it stings my hand a bit. I LEAVE Niall standing there stunned as I go out to the truck thst just pulled up to the front doors.

" Hey love you alright?" LIAM asks with knitted brows

"oh yeah s'alright , just slipped and twisted my ankle" i lie

Liam grand my foot to examine it before asking if I am alright again. I reassure him that I am fine and nothing is broken.

"o k you sure you're alright love?"

"Y es Liam... I will be"
