Your sitting in the waiting room your hands are shaking and your heart is pounding, wondering if he was ok. The other night you and niall went out to eat, after both of you were done he was driving you home when the incident happened. He had stopped at a red light, both of you waiting to get home. He was making you laugh as usual, he always cracked you up. He could make you laugh even when you were crying, but that was just one thing you loved about him. You have been with him for 5 months now and every day both of you have gotten closer and closer to each other. The only thing you didn’t like about your relationship with him is the fact that he has to leave for tours with the rest of the boys from one direction. In fact he had just got back from tour the other night so he wanted to take you out. Anyways you loved all of the boys but you love niall differently, all of you are very close. You could tell one of them anything, you feel so fortunate to have them in your life.
With everything running through your mind, the boys, niall, last night, if niall was going to be ok, and most of all if anything bad had happen to him. You burst out with tears and one of the nurses had come out with a box of tissues (she had heard you down the hall). You looked up at her trying to stop crying then you sniffled and she handed you the box of tissues. You gently whipped of your tears with your shaking hands. “Is he ok?” you asked her. “Well there is good and bad news.” She replied back. “I just want to see him please he means the world to me.” You said starting to tear up again. “Ok he is in room 230 if you want to see him.” She said handing you the key to the room.
You run down the hall trying to get to him as fast as possible. You finally got to his room and unlocked the door walking in you see him lying down asleep. He wakes up after you shut the door; he turns over to see you. You see is beautiful blue eyes, he is so beautiful you think to your self. The more you think about him you find more reasons you love him. Even if you made a list it would never end. “Oh my gosh.” You gasp as you see the side of his head. “I know its bad I’ve seen it to” he said, he could barely talk he was so tired. You go over to his bed, you hate seeing him hooked up to all these wires. You start to tear up; you try to hold it in but you just cant you have to let it out. “Please don’t cry princess stay strong ill be okay.” He sais as he grabs your hand. He wipes your tears away and gently lifts your chin up then brushes your bangs out of your face. “I love you so much niall promise that you will be ok.” You say as your looking at each other. You give him a hug after you finish looking into his blue eyes and you both kiss it was very gentle though. “I love you so much.” He says to you as he lets go of you. A few minutes after the nurse you saw earlier walks into the room and tell you that you have to leave.
