Okay, Mckenzie is indeed too nice to hate her.

"Do you think that Calum will come at the hospital?" She asks suddenly.
"I don't know.. I think that he will... for you.."
"Okay, it's clear that you're not friends, what happened?"
I sigh...
"It's just always been that way... He hates me, I hate him.."
"Then we're gonna change that."
"There's no way that you can.."
"I can."
"You can't, I'm sorry Kenzie, but you really can't.."
"I can." She smirks.
I sigh and smile a little.
That girl has no idea where she sticks her nose in.


"Hey Lana.." I get waked up a few days later by Charlie.
"Hm?" I asked with my eyes closed.
"Look who I brought."
I open my eyes and see Ashton standing next to her.
I smile and he hesitates but smiles back eventually.
"I'm Lana." I hold out my hand.
"I know." He chuckles but still shakes my hand.
"I just wanted to say that Calum's really sorry.. About all of this." He mumbles.
"Ashton, I know that you're sorry.. But I'm a hundred percent sure that Calum is not."
I get his card our of the drawer and he smiles.
"I also suspected that you sent this behind his back." I smirk.
"Well, he found out tho.." He chuckles.
"And?"
"He got mad of course.."
"It's just hard for him to give in that he's wrong.." He adds.
"Yeah, I know that by now." I giggle a little.
"When do you get released?" He suddenly changes the subject.
I don't question it and begin to tell.
"If it's okay then I'll be out in a few days."
"Great."
"Yeah, great. Then I need to go to school again and stare at those dickheads who give me information that I don't care about."
He chuckles again.
"I knew you weren't that bad." He smiles.
"I thought the same about you.. Charlie talks about you all the time." I roll my eyes and smirk.
I see how Charlie get bright red.
Ashton looks at her and smiles softly.
I see how she doesn't dare to look and him and smirk brighter.


After they left I really wanted to talk to Mckenzie but she's still asleep.
I sigh and look at the ceiling. She's just a lucky bitch.
A unhateable bitch. If that's even a word. Un-hate-able..
Probably not. Never heard of it.
Let's just go to sleep, trying to figure out how I need to face Calum and Kenzie together at school.
"Lana..." I hear Mckenzie.
I just keep my eyes close, pretending to be asleep.
"Lana?" I hear her louder now.
I sigh and open my eyes.
"Yeah?"
"You were not kidding right? You really think that Calum likes me?"
I sigh.
She really likes him.
"I really think that he likes you.. At least, that's what I hear from my friends.." I smile.
"You've been really great to me.. Thank you.." She mumbles.
"You've been nice to me too, there's no reason to hate you."
She smiles to me.
"I really hope that we can be friends after.. This.."
"I don't know Kenzie... I don't think Calum will like that.."
"I'll change his mind.. Besides he doesn't choose my friends.." She smirks.
I smile back.


We talk the whole day.
About things we like, excluding Calum because she doesn't know about my dream.
It finally feels like I have a friend.. Outside the gang.
Someone where I can really be friends without being afraid of loosing them.
She changes the subject to Calum.
"He's just been so nice to me.. He's such a gentleman.." She sighs, dreaming away.
I giggle, Calum and gentle?
Then I realise something.
If he likes her.. That means that she could be a gang member of his soon..
My smile fades and she seems to notice.
"What's wrong? You're tired of listening to me?" She giggles
"No, no, that's not it.."
"What's wrong then?"
I sigh and shake my head.
"Nothing's wrong.."
She takes the hint that I don't wanna talk about it and smiles.
"Let's just go to sleep for a while?" She smiles.
I smile and nod my head.


I hear her sleep, but I can't sleep at all.
I'm so stupid.
It's just a stupid dream.
It shouldn't keep me awake.
Look at me. I'm fucking thinking about a dream. It's not even real.
I hate Calum.
I hate him.
Yes, I don't like him.
I hate him...


I walk into the school with Charlie as we talk about the regular stuff.
"So.. I said to Mr. Allon-"
She was cut off by someone wrapping his arms around her.
She knows it's Ashton and smiles.
"I'll leave you two, I don't wanna be third wheeling again." I smirk while I walk away.
On my way too class I bump into Calum.
Of course.
"Watch where you going asshole!" I spat as I turn to walk around him.
He grabs my arm.
"I had you begging for me last night." He smirks into my ear.
"In your dreams." I spat as I take my arm back.
"You said I was the man of your dreams last night."
"I was drunk." Honestly, I don't remember a thing, so me being drunk is the best excuse I could come up with.
"Baby, you were far from drunk."
"I'm not your baby, and I don't remember anything from last night."
"Well, you were amazing."
He walks away.
I roll my eyes and walk to class.
Such an asswipe.


After school's over I walk to my car.
"Babe." I hear Calum from behind as he wraps his arms around me.
"What the hell are you doing?! Get off me!!" I turn around and push him away.
"Hey, what's wrong?" He says, realising I'm not joking.
"What's wrong with you?!?! I'm not you're babe!!"
"You're breaking up with me?"
"We never had anything!"
"We've had something for the past 3 months!"
I look at him.
This is all a dream, all over again.
"This is a dream." I say, realising what's happening.
"I'm a dream." He smirks.
"Yes, you are. Everything right now is a dream."
He smirks and pulls me close.
This time I don't struggle and immediately kiss him.
I mean, I'm dreaming anyway. I can just kiss him. Nothing wrong with that.
He smiles before kissing me back.
"I love you." He mumbles when he broke the kiss.
"I love you too." I smile.
"Let's go home." He gets into my car and I walk to the passengers seat.
He drives us to his house.
I decide to play along and go inside the house.
"So, how's my babe doing after that whole scene at school?" He smirks.
"I'm perfectly fine. I'm sorry that I yelled at you." I mumble.
"It's okay, no need to feel guilty." He kisses my forehead and walks upstairs.
Yeah, no way that I'm gonna stand here on my own.
I follow him and find him in his bedroom.
I lay down next to him.
"I love you Lana.."
"I love you too Calum.."


I wake up with a happy feeling. I smile and close my eyes for a second before opening them again.
I really need to realise that nothing actually happened.
But hey, it are my dreams, I can do whatever I want.
I look over and see Mckenzie sleep.
I sigh.
She is perfect for Calum..
