Not gonna happen

“What do you want Luke?” I spat at him. Even though he did what he did and he was awful to me…I have to admit I kind of missed him these last few months.
“I have been thinking a lot since the last time I saw you and-“
“You mean when you physically abused me?” I cut him off. He better not have come here to get back together with me or I will fucking shoot him.
“Yeah..i..um…I guess” he laughed uncomfortably. “Look I didn’t come here to get back together. I know that isn’t going to happen. But, I miss you. You honestly were the best thing in my life and in you can’t be in my life as my girlfriend, how would you feel about being my friend?” he asked with a hint of hopefulness in his eyes.
As I said before, I have really missed him. He was my first serious boyfriend, my first proper kiss, my first, ahem…time…and he was my first love. I shook my head at him and his face filled with hurt.
“Okay, I guess I will leave then” he slowly started to leave but turned around “If there is anything I can do for you, anything at all, call me?” I nodded and started walking down my long pathway. For some reason I looked over to Niall and Liam’s house. I saw Harry’s car in the driveway and Liam’s scooter on the front porch. I also saw a black Lexis pull up to the curb. I watched in awe at Louis stepped out with Eleanor practically melted into him. Literally she was clinging on to him that tight. I felt my heart shatter when he wrapped an arm around her waist. Snap out of it Hayley. He clearly doesn’t like you. He made it obvious in that text he sent me. I haven’t told the boys yet because I don’t want to come between their friendship but I am starting to think Lou deserves it.
“Luke? Wait!” I called out just loud enough that Louis and Eleanor turned around. I jogged over to Luke as he was about to get into his car.
“Can you come inside for a minute?” I asked shyly. A smile instantly lit up his face as he followed me into the house.

Louis’ POV
Eleanor started showing today.
*flashback*
“Lou?”
“Living room” I replied. Eleanor walked in with the biggest smile on her face.
“I thought you were having a bath?” I asked her. She has been really stressed lately and I think a warm bubble bath would relieve her tense muscles. She placed a hand on her stomach, still smiling, and turned so I was looking at her side. There was a small bump. It was barely noticeable but it was there and it was my baby.
“WOW!” I shouted as I jumped up and ran over to her, straight away I placed my hand on her stomach. I felt a small movement. It was so small that if you weren’t really concentrating you would miss it entirely but ii felt it. I moved both my hands to her face and passionately kissed her with everything I got.
*end of flashback*
“Eleanor Calder?” asked the nurse person or whatever she is. Eleanor and I excitedly jumped out of the uncomfortable seats and made our way over to the room.
“Hello! How are we today? No pains or anything?” asked the doctor as she flounced into the room.
“No, no pains” Eleanor answered looking quite nervous. I kissed her head and grabbed her hand to comfort her to which she looked at me and smiled.
“Okay! Are you ready to see your baby?” the doctor asked. For the life of me I can’t remember her name. Eleanor and I nodded enthusiastically. She put the gel stuff on Eleanor’s stomach and moved the tool thingy around.
“That’s your baby” the doctor smiled as she gestured to the sonogram machine. I felt so proud. I could see a head and stomach and feet and hands and toes and tiny little fingers.
“Would you like to know the sex?” the doctor asked.
“Can we?” Eleanor beamed. She looked at me and I nodded. The doctor moved the tool thingy around a bit more on Eleanor’s stomach.
“Congratulations! You’re having a baby boy”. My smile went from ear to ear as I fist pumped the air. I am going to have a little boy. I have always wanted to have a baby boy. I can teach him to play footie even though I am rubbish at it.
We decided to go tell the boys. Well, Eleanor decided. I was kind of hesitant since they haven’t talked to me in a while or even contacted me to ask about the baby or at least how I’m doing. El practically dragged me out of the car. I looked over at Hayley’s house. She hasn’t made any effort to contact me either. I feel like everyone is mad at me but I know I haven’t done anything wrong.
I saw that turd of an ex-boyfriend, fuck head prick or as others call him, Luke leaving Hayley’s house with his head down. I bet he came to get back together with her and she said no. Go Hayley! Wait, what? Why am I talking about a person who never showed any interest in me? Now that I think about it, I know for a fact that she is always hanging out with the boys and Cassie, doing things that I’m not invited to do and saying things that I’m not allowed to hear. The only proper conversation we’ve had was when she was drunk all those months ago. I have seen her maybe three times since that party and that was almost five months ago.
“Luke? Wait!” I heard her call. I turned to look at she jogged over to Luke and led him inside. What? Why is he going inside? I should be going inside her house and talking to her. I miss her. With her beautiful blonde hair and captivating smile.
“Hey mate. Eleanor” Zayn greeted. Only then did I realise we were standing on their front porch.
“What are you doing here?” Zayn asked, eyeing me.
“What? A guy needs a reason to visit his friends?” I joked. Zayn rolled his eyes and moved aside for us to come in. ‘What is his problem?’ I thought as I made my way through the house that I knew too well.
