Not gonna happen

Hayley's POV
I pushed the door open and flew inside. I dropped my keys and collapsed on the couch, kicking my shoes off. Suddenly my phone started to ring. It was Cassie, my best friend since high school.
"Hello?"
"Hey, so are you ready? I'm coming over in 10"
"Why?"
"So we can go to the party you dork...Did you forget?"
"Yea...um...okay..i will go get ready cause i don't need to sleep" (sarcasm)
"Ok, see you soon" (ignoring sarcasm)
*hangs up*
I huffed and trudged upstairs to pick out what i was going to wear. I decided to wear my new green skirt paired with 6 inch white heels and a white tank top that i borrowed from Cassie but never returned. I went into the bathroom and decided to leave my hair in its natural curls. I then went into my makeup bag. I put on some baby pink lipgloss that matched my baby pink nails, winged eye liner, mascara and a little bit of blush on my porcelain skin.

I just finished when the doorbell rings. I rushed downstairs which wasn't a good idea considering my choice of footwear. I nearly tripped about five times. I opened the door to find a very glamorous looking Cassie standing there.

"I LOVE your outfit... good choice" she gushed at me. I giggled and told her that i liked hers too.
"So there has been a change in plans. We were going to go to a party in my street which looked okay but there is a party going on next door that looks pretty sick" she exclaimed pulling me out the door.
"I texted Luke and told him to meet us here" she said. We were now walking down the pathway, out my front gate and to the house next door which was huge. It was two story and just looked gorgeous. There were people littered all over the front lawn and dozens more inside with the latest tunes blaring from a DJ speaker. Suddenly a random guy came and grabbed Cassie and pulled her away. I giggled and made my way to a table that was filled with drinks. I took a red plastic cup (which was so cliche by the way) and took a sip. It was sour but sweet. I liked it. I wonder who lives here. The people who previously lived here were an old married couple named Margaret and John. They were very nice to me and my parents, when they were alive. Margaret told me that they were moving and i was curious to meet my new neighbours. I leaned against a wall sipping my fourth drink and watching people dance. I laughed at a guy attempting to dance but he was too drunk to do so.
"Hayley!" i heard my name being called. It didn't sound like Cassie. Who else do i know? My eyes did a quick scan of the room and landed on a boy with brown feathery hair styled in a messy fringe. He had gorgeous blue eyes and an adorable smile. He was looking at me and smiled. I smiled shyly back. He started to make his way towards me but i turned away when i heard my name being called again. I turned around and saw Luke standing there. He looked hot in black skinny jeans paired with a t-shirt and converse. He pulled me in for a kiss. I closed my eyes as my hands wandered to the back of his neck where they pulled him even closer. He was such a good kisser. Our lips moved in perfect sync. I got lost for a moment before i felt a tap on my shoulder and there stood the boy who was looking at me before. Luke looked like he was going to punch that guy.
"Hey Hails i am going to go and find Cass, ok?" he asked. I nodded and watched as he disappeared into the crowd. I turned my attention back to the boy who was still staring at me. He looked me up and down and licked him lips. Perv. What if he was my new neighbour? Arrggghhh, that would be awful. He seemed around my age.
"Can i help you with something? Get you a drink? A camera?" i asked sassily. I know i was being rude but i just wanted to go find Luke and finish what we started moments before.
"Uh, hi I'm Louis" he grinned cheekily. He was pretty cute.
"Hi Louis, i'm Hayley" i said. I can't believe how confident i am being. It must be the alcohol. Normally i am a total clutz around guys, except Luke. Suddenly a tall guy with curly hair came bounding up to us. He threw his arm around Louis and smiled at me. He looked cheeky and mischievous as well.
"Well, who is this lovely lady here?" he asked Louis as he stared at me. Why does everyone keep staring at me. I took this oppertunity to check the guy out. Ya i have a boyfriend but i was only looking for a second and plus i was basically drunk. He was wearing skinny jeans and had a loose fitting white T on. It looked good on him.
"Like what you see?" he winked at me. Louis cleared him throat
"Umm, this is Hayley. Hayley this is Harry" Louis said nervously. I had a feeling that this sort of thing happened a lot. Louis finds a girl, not that i am his girl because i am obviously not. Then Harry swoops in and the girl always chooses Harry. Then a blonde boy came over to us. He was wearing a white T with a checked flannel and skinny jeans. His blonde hair was styled in a quiff. Are all the guys around here hot? I'm not complaining, just wondering.
"Hey i'm Niall, i just bought this place" he smiled. Oh so he was my new neighbour
"Cool, i live near here" i said casually.I didn't want to tell them exactly where i lived and i don't know why. It was just something about these gus. Niall's eyes widened.
"Great. We are going to hang out a lot" he smiled at me. I like him.
"I see you have already met Louis and Harry, they weren't too much trouble, were they?" he asked playfully. I looked at both of them and then back at Niall.
"No, they weren't much trouble at all" i winked at them. They both looked shocked.
"Let me go find Liam, he moved in here as well" Niall said. Is he gay? Not that it mattered, i was just curious. I exchanged casual conversation with Louis and Harry until Niall came back with a tall muscular looking guy. He had short hair and looked pretty damn hot. Okay stop it Hayley, you have a boyfriend.
"Hey i am Liam, so your the hot chick who all my boys are eyeing?" he asked. I looked at the guys. Niall looked down, Louis's cheeks went red and Harry just winked. Liam poked his tounge out at all of them. Gosh these guys are so cute.
"Uhh, i guess so. I'm Hayley" i smiled at him. Okay so far so good. I maganged to meet four guys not to mention four incredibly hot guys and i haven't embarrased myself yet. Suddenly someone grabbed my arm. I turned around to see Cassie. She looked incredibly drunk, she couldn't even stand.
"Take me home, Haillsss" she slurred. She looked at the four guys i was talking to and smirked
"You talking to guys you naughty girl, Lukey gonna be mad. Hey guys I'm Cassiiieeeee" she said. She sounded like she took drugs or something. I looked around and couldn't see Luke. I gave Cassie to Liam before searching the crowds for Luke. Then i saw him talking to another guy on a nearby couch. He smiled and ran over to me, embracing me in a big bear hug.
"Hayley, please don't leave me for those guys you were talking to" he sobbed.
"Shhh, im not leaving you, i love you. Those other guys are pervs" i cooed him. He smiled at me and leant on my shoulder. I walked over to Liam and attemped to grab Cassie but he pulled her away from me.
"If you want i can carry her back to your place?" he offered. I still didn't know why but i didn't want them to know where i lived and i especially didn't want them to know that i lived alone at the age of 18 which isn't legal in the small town that i live in. Where i live you have to be at least 18 for you to be able to live on your own in an apartment and 21 to be able to live in a house which i did.
"No! I mean, no thanks, i, uhh, i got it" i stuttered. I grabbed Cassie and walked out of the house. The cold air sobered Luke up enough so that he could walk without my shoulder for balance and he helped Cassie. We walked into my house and i sat Cassie down on the bed in my guest room. It was supposed to be a baby room for my new baby brother but my mom passed away before she had the baby and it died. I turned it into a guest room. I put a blanket over her and kissed her forehead. Luke and i went into my bedroom. Even though the master bedroom was free i didn't sleep it. It ust wasn't my room. My room was a little smaller but still had its own ensuite and balcony. Luke and i got under the covers. He wrapped one arm around my waist and the other under my back. I laid my head on his chest. "Goodnight Hayley, I love you" he mumbled as he nuzzled his face into my hair.
"Goodnight Luke, I love you too" i said. I felt so warm and safe in his arms. Like no one or nothing could hurt me.

Notes

Ok so this is the first chapter. It is very long and kind of boring but there will be lots of drama in this story, Believe me i hate reading boring stories that have all this potential to be great if they just had a little more excitment. Anyway, let me know what you think.
