~Joseph's p.o.v~
"So Joseph, you wanna go get some pizza tonight?" Michael asked awkwardly. I shook my head no at him. I didn't even know this guy. I didn't want to live with a stranger so nevermind getting pizza with him.
"Your friend Taylor will be there." I stopped In my tracks of going to my room and ran back down the stairs.
"Ok I'll go. But why will she be there?" I asked sternly but inside I was bursting with excitement.
"She's Luke's date." I didn't know who Luke was. Must be Michaels friend of something. But probably way younger than him to date Taylor.
When we got to the pizza place, there was a familiar blonde guy sat in one of the booths with his arm around Taylor's shoulder. She was smiling but there was a slight look of worry hinted in her eyes and her quivering lips.
As we got closer I recognized the guy as Mr Hemmings and instantly flipped. I jumped on him and pinned him to the ground. Using my hands to hold down his arms.
"Joseph, what the fuck are you doing?" I heard Taylor scream. Taylor doesn't usually cuss so I must have made her mad.
"He freakin hurts you doesn't he? The sly little bastard. I will report you to the school and have you sent to jail. You fucking pervert!" I shouted. Michael and Taylor tried to pull me off him but he already had blood dripping down his face and a bust lip. "How fucking dare you? I'm trying to protect you stop it!" I screamed again at Michael and Taylor.
"Listen to me Joseph." I heard Taylor speak. She had a soft and relaxing voice like that of a psychiatrist. Which made me calm down instantly. She cupped my face in her warm hands and hushed me before I could get a word out. "He doesn't hurt me Joseph. If he did, you know me I'd tell somebody right away."
"Yea-" Luke began but didn't finish his word because I shot him a death glare. Taylor hushed us both again.
"Now can we all just sit down and have some pizza?" She asked calmly.
"I would if the blood on Luke's face didn't look like the sauce on my pizza." Michael giggled and Luke smirked, winking at him. "Its okay, at least blood doesn't transfer onto your pizza from your face like Mine does."
Taylor took Luke to go get cleaned up. Whilst Michael ate a whole pizza to himself.
"Joseph, you need to learn to control your anger problems. Luke loves her and Tay loves him. What's the problem?" He said, mouth full of pizza.
"I thought he was hurting her." I looked a down, a small tear running down my face. I did have anger problems. I didn't realise I did but after everything that's happened its bound to be the reason why I lash out so much.
~Taylor's p.o.v~
"I'm sorry about Joseph Luke, he just wants to protect me." I said sadly, dabbing his face with a napkin.
"I know. Its fine. I would do the same." I planted a small kiss on his lips as we walked out of the bathroom hand in hand to our table.
"I love you." He whispered in my ear.
"I love you too." We didn't have to be careful when we were this side of town because no kids from school will be here. Well, that's what we thought.
"Oh my god. Kenzie, come look at this." I heard someone shout. No not Kenzie, please don't let it be the actual Kenzie.
"What the actual fuck bitch?" Kenzie squeaked. It was like she couldn't even scream or shout.
"Kenzie its not what it looks lik-" I began but Luke cut me off.
"Yeah, we're dating now so what? You cant control my relationships young lady." He parented.
"Young lady? You're fucking a girl who's 3 years older than me! Which also happens to be my best friend." She shouted.
"Luke, why say that? You've ruined everything." I cried and ran off but not before Kenzies friend took many pictures of me leaving. I bet she got a pic of us kissing too. It was over. Luke is going to get arrested and I'm going to get sent to boarding school. Well, that's what my parents told me if I got kicked out of this school.
"Tay wait up!" I heard Joseph and Luke call at the same time but I didn't stop running. I couldn't.
