Aria sat in the back of the cop car, they had put her and Niall in separate cars. Aria kept on twisting the promise ring Niall had gave her. He had promised to always protect her and now he stood by that promise. Though Aria wished he hadn't. Niall had a career and a reputation to protect, he couldn't go around claiming he murdered someone. It could ruin everything for him and the boys. And for them.

They pulled into the police station where Aria was immediately hauled in for questioning.

"What happened at the nightclub?" A stern police woman asked.

"We were dancing and then suddenly all the lights went off and I could hear shouting and a scream. The music was turned off and I hugged Niall as he held me. The lights suddenly turned off and Alex..was lying there. Dead." I buried my head in my arms.

"What was your connection to the victim?"

"He was an old school friend of Nialls. I had only met him."

"Is there anyway Niall could've killed him?"

"No! He was holding me the whole time. As soon as the lights turned off till when they were turned on." Aria pleaded.

"I swear on my life that there is no way he could've done it."

"The why did Mr Horan confess?"

"I was being blamed and he had always promised to protect me and that's what he did."

"Why would he do that?" The police woman peered into her eyes harshly.

Aria looked up, staring back fiercely, "Because he loves me." Ally simply stated.

"Thank you. You may call someone." She said gesturing to the phone.

Ally decided to call Eleanor.

Ally: "Eleanor! Nialls been arrested. Come down to the police station with a lawyer and Simon. Please?!" Ally begged.

Eleanor: "Of course! We'll be there soon. Positive thinking is key, remember that Aria."

Aria: "Hurry!!" Ally then hung up.

Ally leaned against the wall, tears streaming down her face. What was going to happen?

ELEANOR'S P.O.V
"Guys, we have a situation." I said as I strode into the room.

"What?" Eight turned towards to me.

"Niall and Aria have been taken to the police station. And Niall has been arrested on suspicion of murder."

"What?" Simon asked and turned to his assistant, "Find the best lawyer, send him to the police station. We need to fix this."

"Lets go." And everyone rushed down to the police station.

NORMAL VIEW
Everybody ran into the station, Simon immediately took the lawyer to where they were holding Niall.
Eleanor, Ella, Dani and Perrie ran to hug Aria, who had collapsed into a chair.

"Sshh. It's going to alright." The girls whispered to Aria, who was sobbing.

"I can't believe he said he did it. Just for me. It's all my fault. He could go to prison. Just because of me." Aria shrieked.

"It'll be alright." Eleanor said.

"Everything will work out." Perrie added.

"Aria. I'm sure everything will turn out. Niall's innocent. You are the star witness. You never felt Niall leave your arms so he couldn't of done it. Everything will be fine."Ella hugged Aria.

A dark headed man walked into the station, looking nervous.

"I'd like to speak to the police. About..." The man looked around, "The nightclub murder."

"Of course." A police office escorted the man out the back.

"I wonder what he knows..." Eleanor spoke softly.

"I don't know why but I think I recognize him.." Aria uttered.

"Same.." Ella agreed.
Weird...
