Promise Me

Katrina's P.O.V

I awoke to someone softly singing. I peel my eyes open. Luke. I smiled. Luke was singing a random tune. I listened and I found out that is was Lego House. By Ed Sheeran.

"I love that song," I say groggily. Luke looked me shocked.

"Oh you're awake," I nod my head. "Obviously!" I laugh.

"We missed school." "Eh, it's okay Luke. It's only one day."

"That's true," "Anyway, Luke what are we going to do all day?!"

"I don't know," "Okay, let's brainstorm then,"

Luke and I brainstorm for a few minutes about what to do. LIGHTBULB !! I was so excited. I really wanted to show him this place. I loved it. It was so beautiful, and peaceful.

"Luke! Get ready! I have an idea!"

I drag Luke into the mini woods at the end of the park. I pushed through all the trees and plants. Finally we were there. Luke gasps in astonishment.

"This is amazing, the lake looks beautiful and the trees look amazing this time of year! How'd you even find this place Katrina?!" Luke continues to look around.

"I was angry at my parents and I walked out. I did a little exploring and I found this abandoned place. No one comes here anymore."

Luke looked surprised, but didn't ask anything about my parents. I smiled about that.

"Come let's sit here," I rested my head on Luke's shoulder.

"Luke this is perfect!" I say super excited as we watched the sun come down. Luke smiled.

I was about to die seeing his dimples.

"I know, like you Katrina," I blushed. "No I'm not." I chuckle.

Luke looked hurt. Almost like he was the one hurting.

"Katrina! That is a lie. Everything about you is perfect. Your smile, eyes, lips, personality. You're not like any other girl I've met. You're the most beautiful person I've ever laid my eyes on. Katrina your you. That's what makes you beautiful. You're not fake. You're amazing, pretty, beautiful, and I don't have any more words to say to you because I can't explain how much your beautiful. "

I didn't think. I wasn't even thinking at this moment. I just kissed him. And I don't regret any moment of it.

It was perfect.
