The Spring Semester [On Hold Indefinitely]

So, now that Lauren has declared a war I don't even want to fight, I really dreaded walking into class. I wish I could skip it, but we had our big presentation today. I can already imagine the tension between bus three. I knew group projects were the devil, but we just took it to a whole new level. Once I walked into class, I noticed Lauren sitting in my seat. I mentally rolled my eyes.

I didn't feel like making a fuss about the seat so I rapidly made my way to another one a couple rows down. I couldn't help but glance repeatedly at the door to see what Harry would do once he sees this change. Every time I glanced at the door I could feel Lauren dart her eyes towards me.

About 5 minutes before class was going to start, Harry decides to grace us with his presence. He looked a little confused but immediately started walking towards me. He flashes his cute dimpled smile and crashes on the seat next to mine. Daniella 1, Lauren 0.

"Is there a reason why you moved seats?" Harry asks as he gets out his notes for our presentation. He looks extra happy today.
"Nope, no reason. I don't think Lauren is too happy you sat here instead of with her, though." I state and look over his shoulder at her. She's clearly annoyed, leaning back with her arms crossed. Harry doesn't say anything at my statement and instead laughs lightly, not even bothered to look at Lauren.

Our presentation went pretty great. Even though the tension between Lauren and I was clearly visible. It didn't help the situation when Harry asked if I wanted to grab Lunch at Rio Grande's. He said we should eat Mexican in honor of our upcoming trip. Of course I accepted and I was glad Lauren didn't get invited.

We were seated at a booth in a corner and promptly brought our complimentary chips and salsa. I have an issue with chips and salsa, I tend to eat so many I end up too full to finish my food.

"The salsa isn't too spicy for you?" Harry's eyes go wide as he sees I take a big scoop of the red salsa with my chip.
"Hah. No. It's delicious." I bring the chip to my mouth and take a big bite as Harry looks on.
"That's ridiculous, it's too spicy for me!" he grabs a chip and dips just the corner of it in the green salsa which was less hot.
"Baby." I say and eat another chip.
"What?" Harry asks, a sudden panic in his eyes. Great, he's uncomfortable again.
"I called you a baby. You know, because the salsa is too spicy for you." I clarified, hoping to make him feel at ease.
"Oh. Right." he chuckles lightly before burying his face in the menu.

We both decided we wanted beef fajita tacos so we ordered 6 of them to share. I loved how Harry ordered our food. The way he says things with his British accent really draws me in. I can tell why Lauren likes him and why she's willing to fight for him.

"Harry, someone told Lauren I spent the night at your apartment." I don't know why I just blurted this out.
"Really?" I could tell he was scanning the possibilities of who could have told her.
"Yes. She thinks we, uh, you know, slept together." I lower my voice at the last part even though the restaurant was rather loud.
"Oh..." Harry shifts in his seat, I couldn't read his expression.
"Yeah how dumb, huh? Anyway, how do you feel about her?" I widen my own eyes at what just came out of my mouth. I'm not sure what I wanted him to say, but I needed to know. He looked down upon hearing my words and his silence was killing me. I NEEDED to know.

I think the feels for this story are coming back. Next chapter will be Harry's POV. I decided to run with this idea after all. Makes things easier.

Also, did ya'll see Soccer Aid yesterday? The game was pretty great, Olly Murs dominated ROW the first half. I was bummed he left without a goal. Niall's thing is clearly golf lmao and Louis looked so adorable. We're big soccer fans in this household so I couldn't miss it!
