“Veronika hurry or we’ll be late. You know how Liam gets when we’re late” Wesley says

“Yes Wes I’m just leaving a note for Emerson”

“Well hurry we have got to go”

I hurry and jot down a simple note stating that Wes and I have a meeting to attend in Florida for the next few days. That’s a lie we are actually meeting at headquarters with Liam. Apparently this Russian hit man/ con artist/spy who we have successfully avoided the last sixteen years has been searching for us again. You see sixteen years ago Vladmir Romanov was on the hunt for Roland and Kara Swanson because they had a secret list with his name on it. this list has people who are on the most wanted list for American spies. Vladmir had been a United States citizen for ages.

Vladmir/Roamn had worked for homeland security under the name Roman Valencort. He was caught sending top secret information to Russia to help aid them in the attack they were planning on the U.S. The attack of course was unsuccessful and Vladmir was exiled and deported back to Russia. He wants this list so he can take his name off of it; he wants it so bad he will kill anyone in his way. Anyways we are meeting at headquarters in Chicago with Liam and the head of Homeland Security to figure out how to remain in hiding and keep ourselves and Emerson safe from Vladmir since he has resurfaced.

“Roni babe we are running late now the train leaves in half an hour” Wesley yells now

“Yes! Yes I’m coming” I shout back

Emerson:
UGH! This house is so boring when no one is here, maybe I should have a party.

“Hey Harry so I was thinking maybe you would want to come over in a while. I’m having a small party, my parents are out of town for a few days” I say into the phone

“Erm yeah sure. You won’t get in trouble will you?” he asks concerned

“God no they’ll never know” I say

“So who all is coming?”

“Um.. you, me, Tessa and Niall if you could see if he would like to come. I know Tessa has a thing for him” I tell him

“Yeah I can do that. So that’s it, just four people? Is that even a party?” he laughs

“Oh my fair Harry you have yet to learn what Tessa and I can make of four people” I laugh

I send a text to Tess apologizing for the way I acted the other day. I told her about the party and that Harry and I would be there and that he was having his friend Niall come too. She had a small crush on Niall so I knew the mention of his name would she would say yes.

Tess: hey bitch I’m outside
Me: OK BRD :)

I jumped up off of my bed and go open the front door. Tessa is standing with a backpack about to bust open.

“What’s in the bag?” I question

Tessa pushes me into the foyer and down the hall to the kitchen. She heaves the bag onto the counter and opens it and it is full to the brim with liquor bottles, it looks like she brought the whole bar with her.

“Let’s see we have my three favorite men Jack Daniels, Captian Morgan and Don Julio. We also have Kettle One and Grey Goose vodka, some Southern Comfort and Hornito’s Tequila.” Tessa pulls out the many bottles

“Jesus are you trying to kill us all” I laugh nervously

“Hey babe we have what three to four days to party? We’ll pace it out and be fine… oh yeah I forgot my favorite woman ever besides you…Mary Jane” She says pulling out the big bag of weed.

“Ah I thought you had forgotten to bring her this time” I giggled

Just then the door bell rang. Tessa ran to open the door and stopped dead in her tracks

“Oh uh…hi” she smiles shyly

“ello beautiful, ya miss me?” Niall says

“Erm.. mayybeee”

I laugh and tell Niall to come in.

“Where is Hazz?” he asks

“Hazz?”

“Yeah, sorry love Harry.. Hazza is his nickname” he laughs

“Oh um I’m not sure he’s not here yet” I say

ME: Niall is here, you coming over or what HAZZ
Harry: Oi how do you know that name…. damn that cheeky bastard! Um yeah give a minute and I’ll be right over.

It wasn’t two seconds later and Harry practically knocked down my front door.

“Daddy’s home” He shouted coming into the kitchen

We all laughed.

“Well daddy what shall we do” I ask

We decided since the sun was still up for a couple more hours at least we would go swimming and have a few beers.

“Ok well you boys use the bathroom down the hall to change and Tess and I will be back down in a minute.” I tell them

We hurry up to my room flinging swim suits around trying to find one to wear.

“Tess what about this one?” I ask holding up my navy blue bottoms and pink and white stripped bikini top.

“OMG yes Harry will die he’s been eyeing you since he walked in the door, what about me?” Tess said

“Uh yellow no, do the red bottoms and the white fringed tube top with the beads….yes perfect” I tell her

We go down to get the boys and booze so we can get this party started. We walk down to the beach behind my house when we get to the water we jump in at once, it’s better to hurry in than ease your way in; the water is freezing by the way. The tide was coming in so the waves were really strong right now. We were playing a game where Tessa and I were on the boys shoulders and wrestling sort of, it was a blast until I lost my balance and Harry toppled over with me.

“Fuck” I cursed

“What’s wrong?” I heard Niall ask

“Oh um… my top came untied” I said sitting in the water

“Well c’mere I’ll tie it fer ya” he said

“Uh no.. not possible” I said

“Why’s that?”

“Bahaaa her top is out at sea” Harry laughed loudly

“Oh Jesus Christ Em are you serious” Tessa laughed too

“Yes” I say annoyed at the subject

“Here jump on” Harry says blocking Niall’s view of me.

“Uh what?”

“Jump on I’ll give you a piggy back ride back to the house so you can get a new top, then no one will see your boobs” Harry says

“Oh..ok” I say as I wrap my arms around his neck and jump on his back my boobs pressed against his muscular back.

Harry grabs my legs and starts towards the house. I can see someone coming towards us.. someone who I didn’t care to see.

“Ah what do we have here? I thought I was clear when I said to stay away from her” Louis said sternly

“Screw off” I said to him

Harry continues to walk to the house when Louis starts yelling.

“You’re mine remember that Emerson. You can stop being a whore anytime now, it’s quite embarrassing” he yells

Harry and I reach the back door and he sets me down so I can run inside to change.

“Who are you calling a whore?” I can hear Harry say to Louis

“That bitch in there, she’s with me and obviously taking her clothes off for you so that’s being a whore wouldn’t you agree?” Louis spat

“She’s not a whore, a bitch or your property. She isn’t taking her clothes off for anyone either, her top fell off in the ocean and was taken out by the waves, so you can back the fuck off mate”

Louis got in my face and told me once again to stay away from his girl or there would be hell to pay. I don’t believe him he’s just all talk, I’m waiting outside for Emerson to come back out but she’s taking forever. I open the sliding door and walk to the stairway.

“Em you ok…c’mon” I yell up the stairs

“Um give me a second” I hear her shout back

It sounds like she is crying, probably because of that twat Louis. If she doesn’t come down in five more minutes I’m going up to get her.
