Because.

Because is usually the word they use to state a reason. Because is the start of the reason to stay. Because is the start of the reason to leave someone. To me, because is the reason all of this happened. I smile as I remember how it all started. A smirk, a pair of emerald green eyes and the word because is all it took for the current heartbreak. It all started when I walked through the halls of my new school. All eyes were on me, probably because I started school in the middle of the year. It has always been like this. Me, being the new girl. I don't have a permanent home. Because my dad and I are always on the run. My dad is struggling to make ends meet and to add to that, he loses his job easily. So he always tries to get another job and most likely he is going to get a job in a different place. But my younger, naive and gullible self believed that here in the small town of Mullingar, it would be different. And it was.
