"Babe" a pair of soft lips pressed against my neck.
"come on my love, get up" John's thick accent sounded so beautiful in the morning, when he was barely getting up.
"come on, a few more minutes babe" I groaned; after a while he gave up, at least that's what I had thought.
A pair of arms wrapped around my waist and picked me up "come on sleepy" he smirked
"Ahh come on Johnny, I just got up!" I giggled "come on, it's Friday and we have no classes, let's just stay in bed and watch movies" I whined.
"Noope" he smiled and put me down on the toilet
"we need to get ready" he kissed my forehead
"for what?" I looked up at him annoyed.
John's a tall fucker, he's 6'2 while I've been stuck being 5'6 since I was in high school, so when I get mad he thinks it's adorable.
"for today, love" he passed me my toothbrush
"what are we doing today?" I mumbled while brushing my teeth.
"I have to go take a trip to a children's hospital in Brooklyn for class, don't you remember?"
"Oh shit" I spit out the toothpaste and finished brushing up and getting ready and made him breakfast.

"you sure you'll be okay a whole weekend here without me my love?" he frowned, we hated being apart from eachother but sometimes we just had to suck it up "it'll be fine babe, you'll be back my Sunday and I'll be here waiting" I kissed his soft lips and pulled him in close to make up for the weekend without him, we were getting a bit carried away and he mumbled against my lips "I could always take you with me" he dropped his bags and let his hands roam around my waist ; I managed to pull away.
"I'll just be a distraction" I peck his lips, "you're the best fucking distraction ever" he pulled me back in for a kiss "well now is that any way for a future pediatrician to talk?" I smirk
he chuckles and kisses my forehead "you cuss all the time" he says
"yeah, but when I do it it's cute" I stick my tongue out at him and he laughs

"I love you" he kissed me one last time before I dropped him off at the airport
"I'll call you every night and every moment I can" he hugged me tight and kissed my head
"I love you so much"
"I love you more" I hugged him back, I know it was just until Sunday but it's painful to even be a few hours without him.
"take good care of yourself and do everything you have to do babe" he held my hand tightly and then he let go.
I missed him already and I could still see him, it's not that I'm dependent of him, I'm very independent but we've been together since we were 15 and its hard to see him leave whenever he does just as it's hard to leave him behind whenever I have to leave.

I really had no idea of what I was gonna do all weekend until Akira called.
