An Unexpected Turn

*Hannah's P.O.V*
I was laying in bed watching some British game show and I could hear Louis's voice coming up the hallway. He opens the door carrying a bag of takeout and his phone to his ear with the other.
"Yes, I will make sure he knows. You're far kinder than I could ever be, Haz. Yes, I will immediately so he can make it. Stay strong, mate." Louis says into his phone before hanging up.
"What's wrong, babe?" I was rather curious since he was talking to Harry.
"Harry and Mel are heading back to LA right now. Then she's going back to Texas. She ended things with him."
"Oh, wow I didn't know. They were fine just yesterday at the wedding."
"Well apparently it was a long time coming. The thing is, Harry wants us to tell Niall about it. Give him a chance to not lose her completely." he says as he's getting out the plates of food from the large brown paper bag.
"Well, what are we waiting for?! Call him! Mel, loves him. She needs him."
As soon as Louis told Niall about what Melanie was doing, he hung up the phone. He later texted Louis that he was on his way to Houston as he wouldn't be able to catch her in LA.
It made me happy to know Niall would surprise Melanie. She couldn't see it before, but I knew from the start that he was the one for her. I always tried to tell her to forget about Harry and to be with Niall but she wouldn't listen.

She was blinded but at last she will see the light.
