I looked over to my clock it was now 5:30 pm so I decided to take a shower and get ready for mine and Niall’s date I smiled at the thought, but it soon faded away by everything Phoenix told me. We parked outside the Movie Theater walking in hand and hand. We were in line for our tickets when I noticed a group of guys starring at us and talking. I looked up to Niall “Do you know any of them?” I asked, while tilting my head in the direction of the still staring guys. Niall’s smile dropped “Uh, yeah I went to school with them we didn’t really get along.” Before I had a chance to respond we were in the front of the line getting tickets to see The Purge. Niall quickly pulled me into the theater and to the top row in the middle. During the movie, I managed to shove my face into Niall’s chest and my arms wrapped around his waist. A man with a mask popped out on the screen. I dug my head deeper into his chest. I heard his soft chuckle in my ear. I lifted my head, so I was looking into his eyes, “What you think it’s funny that I’m afraid?” He chuckled, “Yeah just a little bit, but you’ll be fine, because I’ll protect you!” Niall lifted up to sit on his lap, so I could face him. “Oh you will?” I said biting my lip. “Yes I will! That’s a promise!” I put my hand on the back of his neck, pulling him into my lips. I jumped as the lights flickered on signaling the movie was over. I couldn’t believe I barely paid any attention to the movie. I looked back to Niall. “I’m not ready to go home!” I said not wanting to, so I didn’t have to face Phoenix again. “Then don’t. I have somewhere I want to take you so we can talk!” I was happy we were finally going to talk. I wanted to know more about this mysterious boy and prove to Phoniex that he actually isn’t that bad. We walked out to his car. We soon pulled up to the woods “Where are we?” I questioned, curiously “Just follow me!” I got out of the car following him. He pushed some bushes out of the way showing a path which led to a water spring. I was taken aback by how beautiful it was “oh my I love it! It’s beautiful!” I grinned “I’m glad you like it I love it here I come here when I need to think or clear my head. I usually don’t show anybody this!” I looked over to him “I want to know to know you, I want to know everything.” He chuckled “I could say the same about you love.” I sighed “well there isn’t much my mother died when I was 16, I’ve never meet my father, I live with my best friend that I’ve known since I was in 5th grade, I’m hard headed and stubborn, and I love dreaming. “ Niall looked at me curiously “why do you like dreaming so much?” I sighed and thought about it for a moment “well right before my mom died she told me to keep dreaming even if it’s in the thorns and she was right no matter what’s happened to you, you’ve always have dreaming it takes you away releasing all your thoughts, fears, and just everything. Dreaming shows you there’s hope, I dreamt that I would make it through her death and I did. I dream and I love dreaming even if I’m in the thorns.” I watched the water trickle down the rocks and then turned to Niall. “What about you? What don’t I know about you?” he sighed “well my parents don’t give two shits about me; they could care less where I am, or if I’m dead or alive. I moved out when I turned 18 haven’t seen them since, there’s not much else. I take life as it comes and right now it’s coming pretty good since it brought me you.” I felt my cheeks burn up by his comment, I wrapped my arms around his neck he looked into my eyes “I know this might seem a little fast but I think I’m falling in love with you.” He stated I stared into his eyes “you know the say when you can’t fall asleep at night it’s because reality’s finally better than your dreams. Maybe that’s why I can’t fall asleep at night because I’m thinking of you.” A smile crept on his lips as he leant down a placed a gentle kiss on my lips. I wanted to live in this moment forever.
