I woke up with a throbbing headache, I looked to find my best friend Phoenix sleeping naked next to me I looked under the sheets I was naked to had I just slept with my best friend was I that far gone last night? I felt myself gag as I ran to the bathroom in time to puke I could tell I was having a hangover I mean I have one at least every night I mean life’s better that way. I went to the sink and brushed the disgusting taste out of my mouth I looked in the mirror to find love bites all over my neck which reminded me I was naked I went to my bedroom to get clothes and towels. I walked back and got into the shower doing my daily routine. What have I done I thought how could I have slept with my best friend since 5th grade I really didn’t want things to be awkward especially since he’s always had feelings for me but I never returned the feelings. I got dressed in my cutoff tie-dye “let’s get stoned” shirt and my high waisted shorts I did my makeup natural and red lipstick. I let my hair dry out naturally to its curls. I went back to my room to find phoenix all dressed smiling at me. “What?” I asked “last night was amazing” I gave him a guilty look and he lost his smile “See Phoenix you know I was pretty fucked up last night and…” he cut me off “I know I know it’s always the same fucking answer you only like me as friends and that’s it but I don’t understand I’m always there for you I would make you so happy I mean I already do!” I sighed “Phoenix I’m sorry it would just be really awkward I mean you’re like my brother.” He looked as if he was about to start crying “whatever but the next time a guy hurts you don’t expect me to be a shoulder to cry on” He got up flew down the stairs “Phoenix stop!” I ran down after him grabbing him by his hand he turned to face me a tear streaming down his face I took my thumb and wiped away his tear. “I’ll be in the car I’m going to Bugs house if you want to come but don’t come if you’re buying that disgusting stuff that’s going to ruin your life” I smiled “I won’t let me go get my purse” he cocked an eyebrow at me “promise?” I looked him in the eye “promise!” I lied through my teeth. I ran upstairs hurriedly grabbing my phone and purse and rushing back down stairs going out the door to where Phoenix sat waiting for me in the car. I thought things would be pretty awkward between us but it was like any other day in the car us blaring music and screaming and singing along to it. We soon pulled up to bugs flat he was standing outside with a kind of tall guy with crystal blues and blonde with a quiff looking hairstyle tattoos filling his arms ad snake bites. I got out of the car running up and jumping into bugs arms screaming his name! “Delilah” his strong British accent said and he smile not letting go of the hug “do you have the stuff for me?” I asked “of course anything for you!” I smiled “thank you but please don’t tell phoenix!” I stated “ I won’t” I smiled and turned to the guy standing next to us Phoenix now standing by us, Bugs turned to the guy “oh right this is….” The guy cut him off “Niall” he said with his Irish accent smiling extending his arm out for a hand shake to me and Phoenix. “Delilah” I said smiling and shaking his hand, his smile was beautiful. “Well are we going to stand out here all day?” Bug playfully punched him and laughed “No let’s all go inside!” I need to light up anyways. We all entered his house all sitting on the couch I sat next Bugs and Niall came and sat next to me his knee brushing mine sending electric waves through my body I was pulled out of my trans when Bug handed me the bong I took a couple hits and passed it to Niall who did the same passing it to Phoenix. Niall leaned down to my ear whispering “I’ve never meet a girl who could smoke like that.” I leant up to his ear “Well I’m not every other girl” he chuckled. “So you guys coming to the party tonight?” Bugs questioned “where at?” I asked “my beach house of course where else!” I smiled “well duh I never miss a good party!” I winked at him. “What time?” Phoenix questioned “in about two hours.” Bug stated “well I need time to get ready lets go please?” I asked “alright” Phoenix said “I got too got to the bathroom!” I lied “okay I’ll be in the car waiting bye Bug bye Niall!” After I waited for the door to slam I went up to Bug and handed him my money and return him handing me my “LSD” “woah that’s a big drug for a small girl” Niall winked “what can’t keep up” I winked Bugs laughed “he goes harder then you Delilah” he winked “well will see about that tonight” I giggled and gave Bug a hug and turned to Niall who wrapped his arms around my waist and hugged me and whispered in my ear “I can’t wait to see you again tonight.” I blushed and headed out the door tonight is going to be astonishing.
